We have been going to Advanced Eyecare for several years now, and it has always been an excellent experience. We’ve never had any issues and trust her completely with our care. The team at Advanced Eyecare is also very friendly and efficient. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and reliable eye care.

I had a great experience as a new patient, doctor and staff was super friendly and i got in super quickly. I really liked how patient Dr. Brian Miller was, he was super nice and caring and thorough explaining results.The ladies helping me pick out my glasses were amazing as well and i didn’t feel rushed and they picked out glasses that i fell in love with and i felt suited me so well. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Great experience. I had a serious eye injury. Metal shard in my eye. From the first phone call till completion of the treatment. Everything was vip. I definitely recommend this place for any eye care needs. If I could give more stars. I would.

My wife and I have been using advanced eyecare for several years to take care of our vision. There was only a short time where I felt that they could not take care of our needs. That was simply because they were understaffed, and it took several weeks if not months to get an appointment.
However, getting an appointment is not a problem now. They have always been friendly and wonderful to work with.
The insurance my wife and I have for vision is different from most people. Our primary health insurance takes care of the eye exam, and our vision insurance takes care of the glasses. We looked for eye doctors all over the valley each time we told them about our insurance, we were told that we were mistaken and insurance does work that way. We tried to explain it to the various providers and they would begin to argue with us.
Advanced eyecare immediately went to work to get our insurance approved. They did not question us. They did not debate with us. They simply got us approved and we’ve been going there ever since.
Everyone advanced eyecare is wonderful to work with.

A gem in the age of terrible customer service and low performance. Went for an exam and contacts - every single staff member was incredibly kind, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend Advanced Eyecare!

I give a 1. The facility was clean and great, the exam was thorough. The issue is I paid for my glasses on January 8, two weeks later I received a call stating that the lab had a problem and it would take a little bit longer. I received another call that the lab guaranteed I would receive them by February 7. I had to call them on the 9th and was told the lab strip the screws and they had to order a new frame. This is now February 17th, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY GLASSES YET AND NO PHONE CALL

My wife and I have been using this business for the past 10 years. We recently had an issue and I complained about it and Advanced Eyecare provided some excellent customer service and made things right!That says a lot because there used to be a saying in quality that goes “The next best thing to getting it right is making it right!” Advanced Eyecare certainly made it right and that is all about keeping the customer and retaining their loyalty.

There was something wrong with my vision. Advanced eye care got me in right away. Dr Pham new right away there was something wrong. I had a detached retina. They made all the arrangements for me to see a specialist. 🙂

Where to start- the doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, the techs are always polite and welcoming, now the best part… picking out frames. Usually the most stressful for picky people ( like myself) but Shelly was the most patient, helpful, wonderful person I could have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was attentive to the type of glasses in particular I was looking for and offered so many options when she could tell I was hesitant on a set. We even came back after checking other stores for frames and she had went out of her way to look for several more pairs in the back !!! Who does that!? So thoughtful of her and I ended up just loving the selection . I am forever a fan and will always request her in the future, thank you to everyone for assisting us today!! Highly recommend !

Everyone is friendly and the doctors are especially good! They are two brothers that are patient and explain everything to you. Can't go wrong visiting this business.
