My Mom had a burned tail light and while I was in town we wanted to get it fixed. We stopped by the Advance Auto Parts Store 8248 and Noelia and Shawn were the best! They helped us find the right light, and they guided us through how to install the new light. Came in with a bad battery that would not start my car(had to jumpstart, clicking , etc.), tested good but Gary helped me warranty it out so I could get going about my day. He was very personable and helpful along with other employees Noelle working at the time. 5 stars to these employees!!

Noelia was so helpful and well knowledgeable she came out and change my battery when the other two guys working with her didn't want to even touch it. She explained her manager showed her how to correctly change even a difficult battery like the one in my car, infact she's already did 6 other battery's before I came today. I was very impressed with how curteous she was. I'm giving her five stars for a great job done, She should train her two co- workers on how to really help the customer.Thanks again Noelia.

Ross and Nicole are the best!! I was looking everywhere for a lower radiator hose no one had it, Ross was standing outside he had just got off and heard I was looking and could not find it, he took it upon himself to search and find it Nicole went in and ordered it for me on her time off!! Thanks Guys!!

Upon meeting Mister Jonathan he greeted me warmly and proceeded to work on my issue with my fob key. He was meticulous and gentle and stated that he wanted to make sure he wouldn’t break anything. Since this was my first time changing out my fob key battery, I felt so thankful for his professional attention. He even took the liberty to pull up a video online to show how it was done. I am thankful I not only learned something new but had excellent service from him and his team. Even though it was such a small purchase, I felt like a VIP there. Thank you so much to Mister Jonathan and his team for taking care of my auto car parts needs. If you have any questions or need help with your car, I highly recommend this location. The staff cares about your needs and you don’t just feel like a number, but truly a valued customer.

Three weeks ago, I had purchased one of those DIY refrigerant recharge kits because my car needed some. I followed the bottle’s instructions and attached the gauge to the low pressure port on my car, then I started to dispense. I followed the gauge’s pressure readings, and I stopped dispensing it once the gauge showed enough refrigerant dispensed. I foolishly threw the can away since it was empty, then drove away assuming the job is done.Of course, the car ac is still blowing hot. So, I shine a flashlight inside my engine bay, and see a huge green mess of refrigerant everywhere. The bottle had leaked everywhere and I didn’t realize it while dispensing it because it was so far deep in the engine bay. I have to drive back to the store, dig in the trash can for the original bottle I used. I go inside with my receipt and the product, and explain to the manager that the product’s plastic nozzle was defective and leaked everywhere through the cheap blue plastic screw, and that I wanted a refund. The manager I assume (I forgot his name with the glasses), then tells me “but you used the whole can” and that they cannot give me a refund because “it’s useless to them” since they can’t resell it. It’s not my fault that the product was defective and that it leaked everywhere (also great to know that they may be selling you used stuff). I attempt to explain to him my car ac is still not working because there’s almost no refrigerant in it, and then he says that I “must’ve over-filled it.” What? I have since then initiated a chargeback through my credit card company’s dispute center.I’ve told all my family and friends to never shop at this location. I also highly suggest you think twice before spending your money at this location. I went to the AutoZone on Vegas/Buffalo that I usually go to, and bought a different AC recharge kit, and it worked perfectly as my car now has refrigerant in the system. They have also never given me a problem if I needed to return something for being defective. Also, I’ve never had an issue with a return at ANY other car parts store in this country, expect this new Advance Auto location (that I’m never going to shop at ever again).If you used cash to purchase something here, good luck ever getting your money back from this store if you need a return!

The lady who says she has 30 years experience is rude seriously does not even have any knowledge about vehicles why brag about 30 years experience and then embarrassing yourself with getting hostile rude and picking a argument with a customer over your lack of knowledge. It's shameful how experience doesn't exceed what your work computer says. Advice don't brag about having experience and then use the word I don't know to the point of your own frustration it's pathetic. I'd buy parts here for convenience but as far as getting some knowledge just Google it your better off trust me.
