Really you close at 6 pm when all the mechanics get off of work at 6pm! You guys are real smart for that one! (shake my head) It's like you don't want to sell any parts I had 1500$ for you guys today but I'm just gonna have to go with AutoZone Sence there conveniently open for us mechanics!

The armpit of auto parts stores. The most outrageous and rude service to date. There was no customers in the store. The two employees were like drones out of the twighlight zone and flat out liars. The manager was ghetto in her response and didn't want to address the issue, and then hung up. Mentally lazy and careless.The bottom of the pickle barrel in management and employee material. I will update with other details of what transpired, after contacting the district office. This is the first time I've physically been inside a auto part belonging to Carquest also known as Advanced auto. Between a phone call and this in store experience they quickly built a forever bad rep with me.

Just to let you guys know great place to shop and very friendly. On 8/25/22 about 6:35 pm I made an online order of about five A/C parts and John and Sam went over and beyond to make it happen even though they were gonna close at 7pm usually they need 30mins to pull parts and they made it happen under that time needed. Usually part stores will say come tomorrow Sir!, its too late. But great team effort at that store. I drove 11miles just to barely make it there at about 6:52pm to pick my parts on time to meet customer satisfaction on there end. Wow! Again, Thank You "John and Sam".

Failed. I called and asked about a part. This location had it in stock. Asked what time they close. They told me 7pm. This phone call happened at 6:30ish and 8 said I was on my way.So here I am right now in front of their store. It's 6:52pm. Doors are locked. Nobody is around. Lights are off. Doors are locked. It appears they left early.

This Car Quest is Awesome!!!! They give you the correct parts the first time... Unlike O'Reilly Auto parts that usually give you the correct parts the third or fourth time consistently... O'Reilly is Guaranteed to waste your time, your $, and your very much needed energy...Car Quest gets 2 thumbs up... I'd give O'Reilly Auto Parts 4 thumbs down, but I only have 2 hands!!!!! Had to go to 4 of them to get part that all said was in stock. Wasted 3 hours and quarter tank of gas. Not good service at all

They get a 1 star for actually having the battery I needed in stock but nothing more, Spent $300+ on a brand new battery and the j*** mechanic/ Sales clerk couldn't even install it on top of that the guy was rude AF and lazy. I went when they first opened at 8am and they weren't busy at all. If someone is willing to spend that kind of money on a battery the lease y'all could do was to install it! Customer service is straight trash
