I’m disappointed in them. I have bought appliances in the past from them and they were great. I just bought a fridge and washer. The ice maker doesn’t work and the washer has a squeaky belt. I know they didn’t check them before selling them. I have 90 day warranty but I have to bring the appliances to them. That’s d**** Make good on your word and just send someone out to fix what should have been in working order in the first place

The man that spoke to me on the phone is beyond rude. I needed them to come fix my washer since they give you a 3 month varranty. The first time we spoke I told him I'm usually home all day so they could come anytime. But the day they came i had an emergency and wasn't home. So I tried setting up another appointment, gave them days and times I was available. Did not hear back for over a week. So I called again and spoke to the same guy who rudely pointed out that they already came and I wasn't there. My apologies for not being home all day every day and not tending to any emergencies because you wanted to come whenever you decided to. Not only that but the audacity for him to laugh when I said I wouldn't be available on the day he suggested. They were supposed to come today between 2pm and 4pm and didn't show up. Didn't receive a call regarding it either. I think the guy on the phone was forgetting himself a bit, I'm still a customer and you talk to me like I'm a nobody. Definitely will advise everyone to stay away from this business.

I've worked with Jesus for years and every time I had a question, inquiry or need of service... They always responded. I could only say great things about his store, associates and himself. I've purchased over dozens of appliances from his store and all in great shape. You get what you pay for!

STAY AWAY! thought I was getting a good deal until the installers wrecked my brand new flooring. Called the owner and we worked out a compensation price only for him to call his guy back and tell him to remove the appliances altogether. Now he won't take my calls. I'll see you in court buddy. BUYER BEWARE!!! also the lighting in the store hides many physical defects of the appliances.

PELIGRO! Es no tabien! They sold me a gas dryer that didn't turn off. It ran all night. Major fire Hazard. I have three kids, an upstairs fire could have been deadly. I explained what had happened and asked for a full refund. The owner would not do a refund. We literally only had the appliances for less than one day. They also damaged my washer drip pan. I didn't notice until after they left an I had already given them a twenty dollar tip. Our family put trust into this company and they lost it forever. Hopefully this will save someone's money, time, and life. I'm out 500 dollars for the set, 20 for the tip, and 40 for the drip pan. Be smart take head of this warning and don't buy anything from Action Appliance or it might be your final cut.

WOW. thoroughly impressed!!! we cracked our whirlpool electric range and to replace it would be the same price as buying another used one. the pictures i’ve attached are my broken one and the one i had delivered by this place. i went in when they opened, i was immediately taken care of. i paid $395 which was more than fair this is a $900 range. i had to get delivery to which i was expecting would be next day … but they delivered it two hours after being there. they hauled away my broken one and was in and out within 10 mins. HIGHLY recommend. i walked around and the used appliances were fairly priced. had to write a review since they have very few in case there are skeptics like i was. go here, well worth it and the service. thank you guys!!!!!
