Very fast and professional, all of the staff were accommodating. The charged is very reasonable and cheap. I've been coming here since 2018 and I never got disappointed with my tax returns from the past. I definitely recommend people coming here to do their tax next time.

ZERO stars. The guy over here 'Chitos", is disrespectful. He straight up hangs up on my dad when he tries to call. My dad would get the receptionist..get put on hold for Chitoes.. then bam..hang up! With not even saying a word. It has happened more than once! Now, I know it's not the phone lines because I've gotten through just to test this guy out. YOU, AS AN ELDERLY FILIPINO AS WELL, SHOULD KNOW BETTER. I HOPE YOU GET THE SAME TYPE OF DISRESPECTFUL AND DISREGARD AS YOU HAVE GIVEN TO MY FAMILY. THIS IS NOT HOW OUR CULTURE OPERATES. My parents have been going here for a few years. My mom had passed away recently and she used to handle all the financial stuff. My dad who is elderly still insisted he keep going here, because he trusted this place and it's what he was used too, it's where my mom went. The financials always stresses him out. (I've never trusted this place after doing one year of my taxes). For most retired people, there is minimal to no tax filing needed right? BUT, sometimes you do need to file or have a question if you should file..(example, sold a business, sold a house, won big gambling, some kind of big capital gain that might be worth looking into right?) Or maybe a simple question like..do I need to file this year? This place is CRAP!. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. YOU JUST GAINED A LOT OF DIRTY CHISMIS IN THE COMMUNITY CHITOES. How would you feel if someone disrespected your mom or dad?

I was hesitant about coming to aces for my taxes but my friend highly recommended them so I thought to give them a try. My taxes are usually a bit more complicated than the average person and they were able to give me a fair pricing for all the work they had to do. I've been using aces for about 5 years now so this review is way over due. I haven't had any issues with their services. I am completely satisfied with everything they have done for me. They have a customer for life! I highly recommend them!
