The service at this place was very poor. The person who did the fingerprinting was an older man with grey hair. I did not ask for his name. I believe he was the owner or CEO of this place. His attitude was very bad. I took my lady friend there for finger printing. He treated her as if she was a criminal with very rude and impatient attitude. She was a customer, going there to pay for a service. She should be treated like a customer with respect. He gave us the impression that he might have been a police or correctional officer who was accustomed to treating criminals with very little respect. He has no appreciation of the customers who gave him the business. We will never go back to this place again, and certainly would not recommend to any of our friends or colleagues to go there for fingerprinting or any of their services.

This was the most easy wonderful experience with any government agency that I’ve ever had. Trish was absolutely amazing. I would offer her job, but I can’t afford the government insurance.

Made an appointment for my TSA pre check for a Friday morning everything was relatively smooth, but I must say the man John who was working was rather rude and short in just about everything he said to me almost demeaning at times. I get it’s not the most customer service driven job but what happened to common courtesy?

Very quick and professional. I was in and out within 5 minutes. They take appointments which makes it super easy. Wish I would’ve gone to do TSA pre check much sooner if I knew it was going to be this easy.
