Couldn't have had a better experience. Had my wife set up with a rental and work was done quickly and efficiently. Was surprised to see how much they went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend.

Sam was great helping me with repairing my Hyundai and helping me with the insurance. Did great work and car was done a day earlier than promised. Got rear-ended and the other guys insurance (Geico) tried to short the repair bill. He told me how to use the NV Insurance Commissioner and small claims court to get Geico to pay, which they eventually did and ended up paying over $1000 more than they would have due to extended rental car coverage (at market rate not their rate), court costs and having to send an attorney to small claims court. I had to pay the difference out of pocket at first because I needed my car back but thanks to Sam letting me know my rights I got Geico to fulfill their responsibility.Services: Body & Trim

This place is the worse. Took my Jeep in after being rear ended and after a week they call me to let me know the Jeep is ready. We go there, inspect the Jeep and find that right behind the bumper huge dent still there from the accident. Not only that they scratched the rim for my spare tire and when my husband mentioned it to SAM he raised his voice at my husband talking about how many years he’s worked for the Industry. That’s not the point the company messed up so own up to it. After he realized there was still the dent behind the bumper his demeanor changed. So we leave the Jeep there for them to complete the repairs and not a call or update, I had to call to find out when it’ll be done. Well we had the Jeep for one day and realized the horn was disconnected, disabled whatever it is not working. Not sure what else we’d find but don’t bother with this place. Exceptionally rude owner. I walked in to request a quote, the owner never so much as asked my name but instead walked over and stated “if it’s not an Allstate claim then I won’t even look at it. Bye.” I can see why there are some many complaints about this place on Yelp, go elsewhere to get a quote, don’t waste your time with these classless people.

My car was broken into at Red Rock Canyon and Allstate Fire and Casualty Insurance Company setup a claim and sent me to Accent Auto Body. The employee handling my vehicle told me I have to buy a key and insurance won't cover it. I called the insurance and they told me that's not true. The employee there said they are the expert and you either do this my way or not. I had my claim repair location changed and decided to continue with Accent Auto Body and when I called them to pickup a key to expedite the process they cursed me out and told me they won't answer any more questions and come get your car! Complete jerks and they violate Better Business Bureau Code of Ethics and not sure what their problem is. This is an insurance claim within their scope and they just couldn't give any details to anything, expectations, and became very rude and discourteous.

Absolute nightmare dealing with the owner, Allstate referred me because I was rear ended. He refurbished 2 wheels for me that both started leaking the second I drove off his lot 1 of the wheels wasn't involved in the accident, I called him back to ask if he could take a look at the wheels and he told me that it was my tires and I needed to go to a tire specialist so I went to a tire specialist and they told me they were leaking from the wheel. My tires which I just purchased a month ago had no issue. He refused to take a look at the wheel and told me I needed to call Allstate which provided absolutely no help. Now I'm stuck with two broken wheels that I have to replace. This guy tried to quote me $3,000 to fix a dent because he claimed he would have to paint half my car ! I got it fixed at Capital Tint for 60$ . Please save yourself the trouble and do not let this fraud touch your car . I'm paying the price now

If you like getting ripped off, this is the shop for you. If you like dealing with dishonest people, this is the shop for you. If you like paying more than you should, this is the shop for you.I used Accent Auto based on a suggestion from Sin City BMW. When I first dropped off my car at Accent Auto, Sam, I assume the owner or operator, assured me he would accept payment from my auto insurance carrier, GEICO. After several weeks of waiting, Sam told me, he "didn’t like" GEICO ….and if wanted my car back, I needed to pay him “ out of pocket” …..and twice the amount GEICO was willing to pay. He also charged me an additional $1500 for storage while he argued with Geico. If I didn’t pay him immediately, he said he would charge me $150 a day for storage – with the very explicit threat that he planned to keep my car.As you will note from other reviewers, Sam frequently threatens customers and refuses to accept payments from car insurance companies – forcing owners to pay exorbitant prices out of pocket.IMPORTANT ****. DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. THE REVIEWERS ARE EITHER FRIENDS OF SAM OR FAKE CUSTOMERS PAID TO POST GOOD REVIEWS.Addition --I now understand that both the Nevada Attorney General’s office and Las Vegas Police fraud division have investigated a number of customer complaints about Sam and Accent Auto. It is only a matter of time before he faces indictment. You don’t want to have your car there when that happens … it would be a long time before you get it back.Services: Body & Trim
