Very poor experience with this company, unfortunately. Although I can understand the all day delivery window (9a-5p,) the lack of phone call prior to delivery is inexcusable. So is the laziness of the driver, placing the crates in the middle of the driveway, rather than by the front door. With rampant theft, even in gated communities, dropping a delivery in a highly visible area because of ease, rather than bringing it closer to the shielded front door is poor practice. Very disappointing.

Kacey just delivered a very long and awkward package. I asked him to place it so it would be safe. Kacey is a breath of fresh air, his professionalism, kindness and outstanding delivery service is greatly appreciated. He deserves a recognition of a job well done.

Extremely satisfied with ABF. Out shipment has been delayed given the Hurricane in Florida & Carolinas. It was supposed to arrived 2 days ago. We came to the offices where the truck had arrived. The team had few hands available and mentioned they could not off load the truck until Monday. They worked hard and figured out a way to assist us in order to offload the shipment. It goes to show the company follows their vision “WE”LL FIND A WAY “. We are truly grateful for the people that worked in this office. That where able to move things around and assist a customer in need. Thank you

ABF Freight and ArcBest are two horrible companies. If you are thinking of shipping with this company, you shouldn’t they will lose your things and if they do find them, they will be completely damaged. It took them two days shy of a month to find a 5.7 L engine. How do you manage to lose an engine, I also was given The reason why they couldn’t find where it was is Because four out of the five facilities, my engine ported through did not have cameras which means anyone could’ve stolen the engine. Miss placed the engine, put it on the wrong freight. And the fact that it took almost a month to find it is absolutely insane And if you’re a trucker, their rates are terrible. They will make you move 40 ton loads and try to give you $.05on the dollar. Please don’t waste your time with these people like I did

These guys never show up to pick up freight. The give time frame windows to pick up , don't call , don't show up at all, give another day and time frame to pick up , don't show up again, give another time to pick up and then don't show up again. 3 times In a row, 2 different days, now they're asking for another hour to give them. There is 0 communication, 0 punctuality, this was the cheapest option. Lesson , don't cheap out on freight shipments.

I did a LTL through ABF to move very large crates from my storage unit to Las Vegas. ABF was friendly, organized, had good communication, and the price was great.

The driver who delivered the pods was professional and very friendly (Steve). I was a little nervous about my belongings making it from Henderson, NV to Charlotte, NC, but everything arrived safely and intact. The gentleman who delivered the pods to my new home was great (Richard)! He called prior to arriving, placed them exactly where I asked and was very careful when unloading from the flatbed. Again, very friendly and professional.I am SO pleased with everything about U-Pack from beginning to end. Online scheduling, the customer service agents I spoke with, the delivery drivers .. everything was so smooth and easy and well worth the money vs. renting a truck and towing my vehicle. I would highly recommend them and would use their services again.
