Was told 3-5 days it's been a month. Should have read the reviews it's a scam. Lost 300 legitimate places charge 500 should have known please look else where. If anyone reading this out there can help me and this other guy who lost our money please reach out thanks.

Not a legitimate business. I purchased a notarized dna test on 1/25/2024, was told I’d get results back within 7 business days. They called me a week later and advised they would be sending me a notarized copy. 03/03/2024 I sent a follow up email asking where my notarized results might be and they said they would look into it. Today is 03/19/2024 I have sent 2 additional follow up emails which they have yet to respond too…Pretty much they took $260 from me and have yet to provide their service. I would not trust this company and now skeptical because they asked for my social…

Diana is the sweetest person ever. I found myself here with my aunt to get tests done for immigration so it wasn't really a stressful situation for us. That being said, I feel that with Diana's sweet spirit even those who end up here under more stressful and emotionally charged situations will find comfort with her. There's even a little area where kids can play. The process was also quick and efficient. If I ever found myself in need of these services I would come here.

Would recommend to anyone in the area to use this company for their DNA testing needs, great experience and excellent customer service. Call to find out walk-in hours & days, or to make an appointment. Also, they are across from Mountainview Hospital off Tenaya.
