I had a tire that wouldn’t accept air on a Sunday. Brought it here and the ladies that helped me were fantastic. I was back on the road in 15 minutes with a properly inflated tire! Definitely coming back next time I need service.

Got the car fully serviced - only to have more issues than when I came In. Coincidentally, had a battery issue minutes after getting the full service and diagnostics. To make it worse, that evening, my car engine turned off while at a stop light. Coincidence? No, quite frankly unacceptable. Dont recommend this company or mechanics. You’re supposed to have customer’s vehicles better than when they came - and that didn’t happen. It’s sad because I built up trust with this company. But now, you lost a customer.

Because I have a warranty with CarMax I was directed to this shop. I took my car in for the first time to get my window motor fixed and my car was finished on the same day with no further issues.
My engine light turned on so I took it back and had to get the intake manifold replaced, she requested to keep my car another day to make sure the light wouldn't come back on but I needed my car back so she assured me it was safe to drive and if it did come back on to bring it back since it was covered under warranty. The light came back on a couple weeks later So I took it back again, they cleaned up my connectors and did a test run for a drive cycle and my car was returned to me on the same day. Runs like a champ with no problems whatsoever.
Macy provides the greatest Customer Service which makes it even more pleasant to take my car there. Thank you so much in taking the time out to care for my car this will be my shop for a long time to come. I appreciate you all!!

Don’t go here. They aren’t upfront with their prices. Might be nice to know the discount caps out at $300 for tires but no one told us. Also they gave us a price of 1000 for 4 tires came back and then it was 1,4000? Where are all these extra charges coming from and why aren’t you upfront with your customers with prices. I get your a buisness but now you lost a customer cause y’all lied. Don’t shop here. Go somewhere where they tell you up front the truthful price

Great service and quick, and always seem to be covered when I have tire issues under my extended tire warranty! highly recommend this location and shop. They got me in and out in about 30 mins total for a tire and oil change.

I've had great experiences with Big Brand Tires at both the Summerlin and Sunset locations. The Sunset location is especially impressive—they respected my time, got me in and out quickly, and the final bill was even a little cheaper than what I was originally quoted. The staff went above and beyond, even installing windshield wipers for me without any hesitation, unlike some other places where I've encountered eye rolls for such requests. Highly recommend both locations!

Bought a set of tires not too long ago with a 50,000 mile warranty. Front passenger tire was losing air not long after that and we brought it in, they said the valve was bad and they replaced it. Last week, the same tire went flat as my wife was about 1/2 block away from Big Scam Tire, so she rolled it in, they put air in it but wouldn’t go any further than that because they could see “she drove on it flat” and because I didn’t purchase an additional warranty, they wouldn’t do anything. I went in a few days later and asked what was going on because why would I purchase a warranty on a product that has a 50,000 mile factory warranty, she replied that that warranty only covers factory defects. I asked how do they know it wasn’t a factory defect if they didn’t look at the tire to see what was wrong, and her reply was “we can tell your wife drove on a flat tire, so that voids the warranty”. Well yes, when a tire goes flat while you’re driving it, your vehicle doesn’t come to a complete stop immediately, it’s still moving so you’re technically driving on it, What kind of loophole is that? These tires only had 7,000 miles on them, it’s a classic bait and switch con. Took it up the street, and they were shocked I wasn’t offered a pro-rated manufacture warranty. I ended up purchasing a new tire at up the street and much to my surprise, there was a chunk coming off of the inside sidewall, which we had no idea how that could have happened, but he said this was an off brand tire and wasn’t surprised. I researched the tire before buying online and reviews at the time were decent, and with the “warranty”, I thought it was a good buy. This place sells garbage- and when safety is involved, that’s not good for anybody. Avoid this place like the plague. This could have turned out much worse.

First experience with BigBrand and it will definitely be my go-to. They were amazing…friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, speedy, AND mostly female techs. What a diamond in the rough! Thank you to everyone who made me feel as though I was their only customer. Wish all businesses were so incredible.
Third experience @ this BigBrand and they are incredibly professional,,knowledgeable, caring, and sincerely value your business and want the best outcome for your vehicle. I will no longer be taking my car to the dealership, as this team is the best!

This was an awful experience. Had a coupon for a free oil change coupon said up to $75 value. Unbelievably great offer. I live right next door so I decided to take advantage. Dropped the car off and noticed that the price of oil change inside on their board was $49 and up. Kind of expensive but since coupon was free let’s do it! Lady behind counter did mention that coupon was up to $75 off and my price was going to be $49.95. I assumed that was what they were charging but it was waived since I had the coupon for a free one. When I went to pick it up she said I owed $49.95? I asked why, since coupon said free oil change up to $75 value. She claimed that was the remaining price I owed. Huh? They clearly show inside on board that the oil changes are from $49.00 or 49.95 I forget but I asked did they give me some special oil (synthetic or something) which she said no. I didn’t understand so I asked them the normal price of this oil change would have been $125? She answered yes. I sarcastically asked do people actually pay that? I’ve been getting oil changes for my whole life and know that’s much more expensive than a normal fee, and said explain to me how a free oil change was $49.95 when the normal price shows 49.95 with no coupon and she said “yeah we wish corporate wouldn’t do that” I was like do what? She then said I guess if your going to have a problem with it I could just give it to you for free. Ok, since that’s what it was supposed to be , yeah that’s what I want. She handed me my keys and off I went. No receipt, ok, just let me get out of here. Upon entering my car I noticed my entire drivers door panel was soiled with oil all over it (see pics) which was not easy to remove. Probably my biggest pet peeve when I get oil changes please do not smear oil all over inside of car and that’s why last 3 times I’ve gone to Valvoline oil change literally a block away as you never exit the car there they do oil changes while you wait in the car but the coupon got me to go to big brand. See pic I took of inside of car. Upon driving to work today I noticed the never even replaced a new sticker to show when oil change was done as my old sticker was still on the window. Did they even do an oil change? How would one know? Is there a new filter? This was a bad experience and I will be taking it to the Valvoline service center in a day or two to even see if they did an oil change as I have no way of knowing but based on my experience I somehow doubt it. I will never go here again ever! The whole thing was to weird and the service was awful. Hey you get what you pay for I guess but why send out a coupon then try to scam me and then blame corporate?

I recently had an oil change and service at Big Brand Tire & Service, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The quality of service is consistently excellent, and the staff is always professional and courteous.
A special shoutout to Macy, who is top-notch in every aspect. Macy’s customer service skills are outstanding; she’s knowledgeable, friendly, and always ensures that everything runs smoothly.
