Nothing but great help from both Kenan & Brandon. While I was waiting for my routine oil change, these gentleman were very helpful in answering alll the questions I had about my vehicle and tips on proper care. They also tested my alternator and charging system for free - they confirmed that my alternator is “normal” and “fine”. I’ve requested such test due to Autozone telling me that my alternator was bad and failed there alternator test 2 weeks prior.
To summarize, Big Brand (Decatur) will now be my go-to car care spot ! 10/10, I would recommend !
