Getting ridiculous with theyre fees , late fees danm near what rent is , started out fine, used to even praise them for great customer support, now they're trying to screw you over with fees. DON'T RENT HERE, THEY'LL GET YOU ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. One thing Ken and Joe are good guys.

Safeguard 2 mini storage is by far the friendliest, clean, best price storage place I have ever been to!!!! I found them at a time where money was tight and I didn't like where my things were at. Mean people, always made me very uncomfortable, very pricey, and just a bad experience!!!If you ever need storage, you have got to check out this place!!! I would give it a 10 if I could ?

Safeguard 2 Storage on E. Russell. My daughter located this facility for me when I was looking for a place to store my motorhome. I'm so glad she did. So far, I'm going on my 3rd month there. Safe, clean facility. Very reasonable rv storage fees. Great customer service from Joe and Ken, and the weekend guy, sorry I forgot his name. Super helpful gentlemen.

The gentleman that assisted me with my moving truck and storage unit made my moving experience a little less stressful. He was helpful, accommodating, just a truly decent human being. I'm VERY satisfied with my unit and they don't require you to purchase renters insurance, which I thought was awesome! If you're going to be moving and want a one-stop shop, this would be my pick, hands down. Thank you very much!

Great place to store your stuff easy access off 95. It deserves 4.5 stars only because when you go in there the air was not working. I thought it was Supposed to be fixed in early may now its close to June?The management is great and the area is good.

Horrible customer service. Had called and reserved a ground floor unit, scheduled movers and paid based on it being a ground floor unit. I come in to get the storage unit i reserved and they tell me they dont have anything and that it would be on the second floor. Which would then make the cost of the movers go up, without them offering to discount any of the first months price due to their mistake. Horrible service wasnt offering to do anything to rectify the situation just staring blank at the computer
