Walked in for my appointment at 9am, Staff was super friendly and attentive, filled out my car form, the receptionist told me the mechanic (Ivan) who will be working on my car will be talking to me about what’s wrong with my car before they start, I explained to Ivan what was wrong and which parts were replaced before they start, also letting them know that I have to be out at a certain time and he said he will have it done before then, great service, would definitely recommend anyone to come here for their alignment work.

Sean, Service Advisor fully explained on the phone what we could expect when we brought our can in for an alignment. Upon arrival we were greeted by Rhonda at the front desk. A few minutes later Ivan, our tech asked what problems we were having . After checking our Van, using precision laser technique we were given an estimate for the work. We have had 4 alignments and 3 sets of tires within a few years. Past alignments were done within a half hr and no one ever checked for any additional work that might be needed. As the work needed was going to take a full day and since we traveled from Az, we decided to cone in early and wsit in the shop. Repairs were done as promised, no problems. Although this has nothing to do with our repair, my wife has a medical emergency and Rhonda set us us with their courtesy driver to get the medical help she needed. Rhonda and Sean couldn't have been nicer to us. We traveled hundreds of miles to Arrow and we will definitely return to Arrow with our other vehicles. Thanks again to Sean, Ivan and Rhonda

Called on Friday 11/8 to get an alignment on my 2012 f250 had an opening on Saturday 11/9!!! Was in an out in an hour and half!!! They did an awesome job very professional explained everything that need to be done and the truck drives great again!!! Thanks for getting me in so fast!!!

Recommend this place, professional and reasonable, very knowledgeable. I'm glad they were able to help me with my jeep after I installed a lift on it. They even helped adjust a sticky brake.

Arrow Alignment is a family owned business for over 35 years they were recommended by a perfect stranger and I’m glad I took his advice they have my car aligned to perfection I’m impressed the process went smoothly and they even make recommendations to save you money keeping it affordable if you need quality service this is the place to go definitely they have my 5 Star stamp of approval.

New to Vegas and found this shop on Google. Really glad I did. The tech actually took the time to listen to the explanation of my issues, took my vehicle for a drive to properly troubleshoot, and then led me out into the shop while my vehicle was up on the rack to explain everything he found and what the options for repair were.
The folks here genuinely care and take pride in their work. Very impressed.

I've used a lot of automotive shops here in Las Vegas and this one stands out as one of the best. The customer service is outstanding and the quality of the work is excellent. It's so important to be able to trust the people handling your vehicle, especially for automotive enthusiasts and these guys make it easy to do that.

Exceptional service. My only complaint is that they book up fast, so it can be hard to get a timely appointment. They are literally swamped with business! The guy in the office was handling something like five phone calls at once, non-stop. No exaggeration!
I wish they would expand and hire a few more guys, so it would be easier to get an appointment.
