Poor customer service person working in the front has no idea about anything that the store has stocked. It has no product knowledge about glassware and things smoke related. incompetence at its finest. lost the customer today.

Garbage prices and mostly horrible service. This was the smoke shop I went to for a year because it was closer than any gas stations. Everything is marked up 150% of what you would pay somewhere else. It's worth walking to the vape shop across the parking lot for better prices and services.

Horrible customer service old man in the shop was more interested in talking on the phone thank helping a customer. I’ll gladly take my money and needs for a smoke shop elsewhere.

I came to this place expecting somewhat reasonable customer service but THAT IS NOT WHAT I GOT!!!! I go to see about some earring and I check one out and ask the guy at the register if it was a nose ring or not. Fast forward to me paying and he tries to charge me for it without me grabbing it and ACCUSES ME OF STEALING?????!!!!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS "ESTABLISHMENT"!!!!!!!!!! ZERO STARS! NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I come by here all the time to grab stuff and I ran into grab a vape charger and I ran home it was junky and didn't work well, in the morning I came by to exchange it for another, and he told me it wasn't the one he sold me.... ill never spend another nickel in your store sir !!! Good day !!

Don't waste your time if your expecting good service. The owner gives attitude then. When I tell him I don't like his attitude, he's like what did I do? When people talk to you like an inmate you don't want to give them your money.

Fake Vape Products, what else is fake? I've bought 5 Puffs from this store and 4 out of the 5 all had major issues while all 5 had messed up flavors. Every Puff has a scratch off authenticator, which this store has conveniently replaced with fake stickers that don't scratch off cleanly. My most recent purchase died in less than 10 hits. Not burnt out, DIED. No wonder it is so cheap, you're getting ripped off the moment you walked in.

FAKE FAKE FAKE, DO NOT GO HERE! Bought juul pods -brand I have been buying for the past year ES mango pods I opened one in the store because I never been here it was leaking drenched in whatever he puts in it, then I opened the next same thing so I opened the rest all of the same condition so then I wiped it and vaped it didn't taste anything like it normally did nor vaped like usual told him I just opened it and it's all leaking I asked him for money back which he said no then he offered me to buy a different pack for half price! I said why am I buying a brand new pack that's all leaking he refused gave me $5 back as I'm driving down the road I tried vaping it and then the black top popped off! Such a crooked business!! Do not spend your money here!!

The usual products for sale at a smoke shop with decent prices. If you buy enough butane they'll give you a good price for a case. A friend was lucky enough to meet that threshold
