I was a tenant at 702 Storages from the end of 2018 until the summer of 2022. When I got the unit, it was still being run by the previous owner (possibly the previous, previous owner?), and despite the hands changing, payment processes changing, living out of Nevada for most of that time, getting anxiety-inducing weather updates about the area, and The Plague, my stuff was completely and totally safe for all those years. When I recently cleared out the unit, everything was exactly as I left it, plus a complementary layer of dust. This is an affordable, safe storage service and the as-of-2022 management is very quick to respond to emails, very kind, and flexible. While there was no light inside my unit, the hallway was always lit, and while these units aren't vacuum laboratory sealed, there was a shockingly small number of dead bugs. No cobwebs, no weather/environment damage, no evidence of rodents. It's almost a shame to part with such a great deal, especially considering prices elsewhere, but I had to move on! Thanks so much, 702 Storages! It's been real!

I rented a unit from these guys for 3 years, never missed a payment. I recently cleaned out my unit in April, but apparently they kept my payment information on file and due to a “glitch” started charging me for it again in June. They refunded me my money but because of a “technical error” I’m having to wait a week upwards of a week for my money that they had zero right to take in the first place.

This place is GReAT!! I needed a secure place to park my vehicle and I found this place. They also have storage units which as very helpful. Its an interesting layout as theres retail stores in the front of the building and you cant get into the storage area unless you have a code. I highly recommend this place

I stored my vehicle here for 2 or 3 months and came back to find it in great shape. Service was great and I had no trouble calling from France to make a change to my payment. The owner even gave us a lift to the airport! Now that's over the top! Highly recommended. Just save me a space. ;-)

Odd place. Office is not manned. Was told by their call center to go round immediately "to lock in my reservation" but when i did no one was there. Asked to come back several hours later but having driven across town i instead went elsewhere. There are better places.
