Jamila was amazing!!! I have not had great customer service like this in ages. Jean shopping is such a pain, and she knew exactly what sizes of which jeans would fit me. She took the pain away!! I really wish I grabbed more jeans because they fit me amazing (according to my husband, who obviously knows best lol)

The store is beautiful and well maintained--immediately noticed that before even fully walking in. I was greeted by every staff member in sight and got the help I needed! I would like to commend Leah for being a superstar! So kind, welcoming and humorous. She went above and beyond my expectations both during and after my visit (I called and ordered more jeans from her). Thank you again for this beautiful store and wonderful staff. I came here for the first time and was helped by a wonderful and kind lady named Kate. She had a really good attitude and I appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail. She knew what to bring out and recommend new choices without being invasive. She displayed exemplary customer service and I wish every personnel could be like her. Wow ok so first of let me say I was IMPRESSED with the service from this just delicious thing named Chanel. That girl was HAWT, they hooked me up with all the deals, it was LIT & DOPE AF at the same time theres no bathrooms there which sucked cause my buddies & I had to pee really bad while we were in there. We had all been raging hard the night before. Definitely will visit again for my yearly visit from Tepetitan, Tabasco.

While there are great deals here, I was immediately turned off by one of the men working. First of all, I'm a size 12/31 and hold my weight proportionately (not that it should matter). I asked about a high rise version of a pair of their jeans and he showed me where they were and asked my size. I said it depends on the stretch, sometimes 30 but usually 31. His immediate response: "Oh yes, and you're pregnant right? these ones don't have stretch." I said nope... and he said "oh sorry babe." Here's the deal, dude. Don't assume a woman is pregnant. Ever. I don't care if she's due tomorrow. It's not your place. And I'm not your "babe" so maybe don't use that as your customer service go-to word. I get that this is Vegas, but have some tact.
