Went today. Got to red bulls and the deal was if you do you get a free 5 piece wings. Mentioned it to the cashie he nodedcd. He rang me up then went back to mess with a pizza. I asked again about the wings and his boss said it was to late because the transaction was already done. Bad service guys

Customer service is absolutely horrendous at this 711. They’re running a special with two hot rolls, a BIG GULP and chips FOR $5. Nowhere on the side does it specify what size big gulp I read the fine print and everything so I get an extra large cup fill it up (I didn’t even get the biggest drink an extra extra large). I got the second biggest brought it up the counter and the lady was absolutely ridiculously rude. Tell me I can’t have that cup. I said then you need to advertise it on the sign as a large cup. She shows me a red stripe in the advertisement and that’s supposed to specify the size of the cup. This went on for over five minutes where she would not honor the five dollar meal so I had to take my drink over to the fountain and poured into a large cup and I left very angry. You waisted more money on the two cups than just honoring the sign. Such a petty thing to argue about.

The employee wasn’t paying attention when I asked them multiple times for a food item she seemed frustrated at me but her eyes were bloodshot I imagine she’s under the influence

I’m not sure if they have a new owner but the person who works once it get dark always locks the door and you have to wait. I went once at 10:30 there was a customer paying and the door was locked. Once he sees who you are he will unlock it. I just went at 3am and it was locked and saw no employee. Very inconvenient. Like if you’re worried of people stealing or you’re scared of people in the area then why even work here.

It's 3:30 in the morning just finished a rough training session. I go to this 711 and I can't even get in the door. I hope this 711 is privately owned I just can't understand why a 24 hour store is close after midnight 3 to 4 days a week. I will just take my business down to circle k a 10 min walk. I will never step foot in that janky ass store again. I don't even know why I gave you 1 star when you don't deserve any. I went there and couldn't get in the door clearly my business is not wanted I'll be sure to tell everyone I know not to do business with that store this is the 6th time in the last 30 days this happened and when I call the store no one answers the phone why even have one. If this is some kind of joke it ain't funny and I ain't laughing I would be ashamed to put my name on that building but hey it's yours and you can run it however you want. I just hope you aim for the ground

I’m not sorry to say this 7-Eleven has the most rudest employees I have ever seen the young ladies name TEO Very rude very racist. Do not come to the store. This is a fair warning. Do not go to the store.

The lady that was working just now on 6/24/24 is very rude she needs to learn how to be respectful to the customer now I know why I stop going to this store she doesn't understand what the sign says she customer service sucks people need to ban this store I will go to circle k down the street they are very more polite and helpful to customers

This store has one of the rudest women working here. In the mornings the little Hispanic lady with the glasses. So just in 2 days here are a few incidents I had with her personally. My son and I went to get our coffee and donuts like always, the signs were still up all over for the large coffee and donuts for $2. Earlier that morning I got the coffee and donuts and so about an hour later, when we got to the register it rang up to $8 and something. I asked her what about the deal. She walked around the store, while there was a line and told us that is over pay full price. The only reason I paid was because my son wanted it or I would have left it on the counter and walked because of how rude she was. Then this morning the boyfriend goes In to get cigarettes and he asked her what is the cheapest pack? Her response was, very rude, "I don't know, I don't smoke" you work there you should know. She is super rude to everyone who is not Hispanic. I'm half and understand Spanish enough to know when she is talking bad about people and that is everyday. I was a everyday customer, but I think now I'm going down the street to circle K, they treat their customers a lot better. Worst 7-11 in Vegas and that's pretty bad. If she hates her job like she shows she does maybe she should find a new job!!!!!!

Where does this store get off by charging a whole 2 extra dollars for a pack of cigarettes? Nowhere else charges $12 but this 711. I'd like to know why they can charge that much money and no one else is. What a rip off.
