7-Eleven is a chain store that still treats customers with kindness, reminiscent of a small mom and pop shop. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, like the lady who was polite and helpful, the guy who made a specific coffee for free and offered a donut, and the two employees who replaced a damaged gift card despite restrictions. Even during busy times, the staff works quickly and effectively to resolve any issues. A place where customers feel appreciated and valued.
I recently purchased a gift card that I accidentally damaged due to my own ignorance and the two kind employees replaced it even with the the restricts that applied. It was quite busy as well when I stopped in which caused a hold up and they worked through the issue quickly and effective.
