Wouldn’t leave a single star if that was an option. Just walked in at 5 am. A women not wearing a name badge and a gold dangly nose ring is working at the counter slamming change into a drawer, presumably counting it. I wait patiently at the counter. I do not want to interrupt her. I continue to wait, minutes go by. I know she’s seen me, the door chimed and I walked in front of her and stood at the counter. I have not been acknowledged, not good morning, be right with you, nothing. I continue to wait, about five minutes passes. I’m standing only three to four foot away from the cashier who has yet to acknowledge my presence and finally she looks at me and says ‘oh sh!t, what do you want?’ I’m practicing every ounce of self control now not to laugh, her acting sucks and she’s got her arms crossed now like I’m troubling her to do her job. I’ve already got my ID prepared and trying to order cigarettes and she replies they’re out. She doesn’t look in back stock, doesn’t apologize there’s none just immediately says they don’t have any. So I’ve come in and wasted over five minutes of my time for nothing. I will intentionally go out of my way to avoid this location in the future and take my business elsewhere. It’s a privilege to have a job in this day and age, she is failing to provide even the most basic service. I haven’t even mentioned the loud, inappropriate, profanity laced music she had blasting off her phone when I entered. I will not be returning, their customer service is non existent. With all that being said I recommend going to any other location other than this one!

This 7/11 is so nice and so clean I don’t remember the lady nice but it was two of them one of them name is precious the other lady I didn’t check her name tag but she said she works graveyard shift she was so nice I had a bad experience at another 7/11 came to this one and they helped me with the coffee machine it was not working precious went and got her other coworker to help me they both helped fix it and was so nice I told them about the experience she said no we are a team and are manager even heard and said stop and help this customer I said tell him I said thank you so much this is truly great customer service she said sorry if it’s not clean and broken and sorry I was treated so bad at the other 7/11, i said it is clean in here she said she works graveyard shift and she make sure she keep it so clean I said no thank you so much she said come back and see us I said I sure will I believe all the 7/11 customer service should be like this be kind and nice not rude I love 7/11 but that one 7/11 treated me so bad it made me say I wouldn’t go to another 7/11 but coming to this one it made me love them again

Pulled up to the store location at 9:21p.m. Walked up to the doors and they did not open..The clerk stayed behind the counter as she watched me stand outside waiting for her to say the store is closed or something. She continues to stare at me as she also watches me walk to my car to drive off..I thought 7-11 was a 24/7 store

This place is just a 7-11 with a gas station. What makes this place so special? Answer is simple. Keosha and her coworkers are very kind, clean and very welcoming to customers. Every small business needs a Keosha. Keep up the good work!..

Not even worth a star. Gave them business and filled up tank but the clerk didn't even had a decency to give the key to the restroom for my kid to use it.

This gas is bad gas and I even got the premium. Their gas tanks are dirty with a lot of sediment. I had to pay 1000$ to get my fuel tank dropped and sterilized due to the milky looking gas with sediment taken out of my car. And NO ....no one at this company cares or will even call you back about any of your bad situations with this company..they are horrible

THEY HAVE A CARD SKIMMER.THEY STOLE FROM ME I was charged 18 DOLLARS. For 3 items . Pumpkin reeces , lemon hauls and cookies . On the phone disputing with my bank currently.

Got to this place at 4:50 am. It's now 5:10 and still waiting for them to open the store. Looks like the cashier is doing his mopping and other duties and left customers outside to wait. No explaination from the workers hell they didn't even show up to the door except to make sure it was locked. Horrible service. Will never return to this location.

Cheap gas. Chill staff (young guys) when I came. Drinks need refilling. Cali-types selling perfume from their car trunks. But it's quick and there's a lot of choice. Rebel says: 4 star Rebel station
