Store left unoccupied by the worker and unlocked. The worker scolded me for entering when the door was unlocked. There was a guy in the store playing the slots who apparently was told not to let anyone inside. I assumed the store was open as there was the guy inside who did not appear to work here. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience, and I will not visit again. The worker was a black lady with red braids

Use to be a regular customer here, I would come here everyday to get a coffee or water or an energy drink. Ever since they opened this was my go to 7 11 and I've spent about $25 weekly here atleast.Then I came to steal cups ☺️Always go here.

I went in there around 1:00 pm on 29 of July ! The lady over charged my card and ask about it she ignore it ! I always come in but last few times the staff been so disrespectful and now over charged ! I never will come back and double check please if you go on in here

Use to be a regular customer here, I would come here everyday to get a coffee or water or an energy drink. Ever since they opened this was my go to 7 11 and I've spent about $25 weekly here atleast.On Wednesday Nov 23. 2022 I came in at approx 7am and tried to get a coffee from their self brew machine which did not work. I then tried to get a Brazilian roast coffee from their pre made coffee and it was all out. I then tried their other self brewing machine and it did not brew regular coffee, it brew espresso based drinks so I decided I'll brew an espresso shot and add it to their only coffee they had available to make it darker. I did that but I had to use a small coffee cup to brew the espresso shot and add it to the extra large cup of regular coffee. I got yelled across the store by the cashier (taller African American gentleman) asking what is wrong with the small coffee cup. I went to pay and told him that nothing was wrong with the small cup but his machines weren't working so I told him what I did. He then argued with me saying I'm "stealing" because even employees don't get free cups. And continued to argue saying my actions weren't justified. I was an innocent paying customer didn't do anything wrong. I see people come and steal things everyday and make a mess. I've been in there where they have cases of water and other things blocking the exits which is a fire code violation. I have seen the same cookies on display for days in their so called fresh baked daily cabinet. Countless unethical and possibly illegal things happening in this store yet they wanted to ACCUSE ME OF STEALING for using a small coffee cup to brew the espresso to put it in the regular coffee to make it darker because all of their advertised machines and coffee were not working. And there was not out of service sign so I'll add deceptive display of products aka false advertisement on the list.I'm never going their again and I've tried to make a complain to 7 11 directly but they have not got back to me. If 711 customer care sees this please respond to my case. Case number CS1563535I'll never spend another penny here and i will tell everybody to never go here and if I see any work code violations happening at this place on my way to walking to brew tea or crumbl, it's being recorded and reported.I've waited long enough and gave them a chance to make things right but my concerns were ignored.Never go here.

James is In no way a competent manager and has no idea what he is doing! He is going put Mr. Anabi’s business OUT OF BUSINESS! In no time… I hope Mr. Anabi recognizes this and hires a manager that has some real life experience running a convenience store as James is a KID and clearly does not! He has no idea about what it takes or the cost involved to run a successful store! Nor does he care…. GET HIM OUT of there before it’s too late ?

We stopped by for some drinks, heading from the airport to Utah. Wanted to drop this excellent review of a young man James working there. He was great. Nice to our whole family, eagerly keeping the shop so clean, and had an excellent attitude while checking us out. The small things like interacting kindly with strangers just really makes the day better.

It’s really sad that I’m facing discrimination every time I go to this location when a certain employee is working. She always accuses me that I stole one ice cream bar seven weeks ago and today she refused to serve me because I told her that she is discriminating and accusing me of stealing. I purchase stuff here multiple times a Day. She has a face tattoo so I’m pretty sure this is probably the only job she can hold down but she has terrible customer service skills. I feel bad for her more than anything. But while she is working this place should be avoided like COVID-19. If I could give zero stars while she’s working I would. She needs to learn customer service skills
