I went to 7-Eleven with my wife last week and a lady called Holly was not working. She came in when we were checking out and she said we’re not allowed in the store for no reason something the store manager agrees with for no reason only because she knows I’m a gun owner, and Holly is paranoid for no reason I’m a law-abiding citizen. My dad was a police officer. My son is a police officer and I helped different agencies in different states in the past my uncle the First University of Vegas embarrassed us in front of other customers /when a customer asked, why can’t they come in? She just said they’re not allowed here so that is an assassination of character in the community for no reason I think Holly needs some medical help and may need to see a psychiatrist! managers and owner of the store need to deal with this,

What ever you clean your coffee maker with is a chemical base cleaner you can see traces in the coffee.. beware of this 7-11. I told the clerk he had zero concern about serving people chemicals in their coffee

A while back I had a problem with a gift card I bought from this gas station they didn’t work as they weren’t activated even though I had the receipt and spent my money. The clerk told me to bring them back so they could help with the problem and the clerk took them and never spoke of it again. Slimy clerk who still works there too.

Another bait and switch story. The employee told me they don’t stock the large cups for the $2 coffee and donut special (I was literally told I can try a different 7-Eleven ) so I had to pay two dollars for a small and then their register rings it up as a thermos cup for 2.19 and the employee Told me he couldn’t give me a refund but to get a large and then when I said there is no large he said get an extra large and I demanded he refund me! This store is criminal and a scam and it’s intentional! I put in for a callback from corporate because this is unacceptable! I walked out and got my money back because I demanded it!

Be aware slurpee lovers, they don't have the vitamin water flavor here. And they charge the price of a xl for a medium. I went to 2 other each blocks away because one had it out of irder and the other had it really runny waiting to be reasy( which would take 20 minutes ish the lady said. So this one was 2 minutes away and came here. New store yes. Higher prices & I was disappointed to not see the vitamin water at this location. Git another in medium and was and change. Huh? I won't be back for a slurpee here. Lol. Just go to Silverado & Bermuda one.

The 7-Eleven is the best I actually enjoy shopping in here it's a newer one so it's very clean. the coffee section is great. All the people they have working in here are super nice and helpful.

there’s one particular lady Her name is Holly ! on three different occasions in a two month period ! We had different issues with One was Charging twice for the amount of nine dollars and some change and she said she’ll put it back on her card and it’s been over 2 1/2 months and nothing went back on the card ! Number two When asked to get two slices of pizza ! She was going to pick out the two slices of pizza For herself “” when I had in mind the two slices I want it And she made a big deal in front of my daughter and customers and said a pizza pizza kind of rude and obnoxious ! I said I know these two in the front has more cheese on them and look a little bit more fresher calmly I was talking to her Before she got loud ! So now when I see her working there we don’t go there and my daughter don’t wanna go there so we go down the street to the next convenient store instead ! My daughter feels like we were disrespected and so do I ! Other than that everything else seem to be good there before this incident lots of friendly people ✨? outside of Holly ! Who may need some time off and may need to be spoken to and dealt with to have customer courtesy !? ❓✨? Since I posted this the owner of 711 responded to this message and I do appreciate her endeavors ! And out of that situation happening ! Which things to happen when you have many employees ! I do appreciate her response and her professional way once again it is a great location and it’s convenient to me and my family and many friends who I know in the area who stop by and get any last-minute things they might need I highly recommend a great place to go ❗️?✨???

Cool place with really nice people behind the counter. The first 7-11 that I have saw that is self serve on the food, they have crazy items in their hot case not all 7-11 carry. Gas prices are high but that is Joe Biden and the democrats fault. Overall I like this place - clean - smells nice and great customer service.
