I have been coming here for a year and a half (I honestly started going the further distance and driving to the location on Charleston/Rancho) . In this year and a half every single time I encounter the cashier Lenore she has the worst possible attitude known to man . No matter how nice people are to her she just acts like she can careless . Customer service is absolutely not in her vocabulary at all. If you do not know how to provide customer service then working in the public is not for you. This location is the only location that does not greet you , never have any hotdogs on the grill I don’t care what time of day it is , the floors stay dirty , especially in the drink area. The few cashiers who work in the daytime (morning shift ) are sometimes relatively nice , now we have an inconvenience if we want an adult beverage because the cashier has to stop ringing people up to access the cooler because we aren’t allowed to access the adult beverages on our own as if we are toddlers. They are usually understaff so you can literally spend 15 minutes in the line because it’s only one cashier . Tell your cashiers (especially Lenore) it doesn’t hurt to smile and to have customer service skills , otherwise choose another job because we didn’t ask you to be a cashier , but due to her attitude for absolutely no reason even when I was being overly nice to her I refuse to come back to this location . And please the owner of this location spare me with the generic reply that you send to just about everybody who gives a bad review . That generic reviews shows that y’all really don’t care about your customers and y’all don’t realize y’all can really lose business (as in now ) due to your non customer service skills , dirty store , no grilled foods , and us being treated like a child when trying to purchase an adult beverage.

It's hot and I wanted to limit my stops for supplies. Gas, soda, a clean bathroom, and helpful cashier made my visit time and cost effective.

So i went in this 711 for a break doing Uber went to the soda machine to get a big gulp of the mandarin Jarrito and all that came out was the carbonated water.. so I attempted again same thing.. this location is not well kept nor organized and understaffed. No greeting when you walk in just not what a 711 should be.

I Always have same problem when I’m trying to add money to my William hill account here. The manager has just stepped out and don’t know when she will return. Like everytime ? How is that even possible and I come in several times a month but Today was the last time I come here thinking things will change.

This has been a regular stop for me on the Westside. I appreciate the great customer service I get every time I go in the store. The staff are amazing and the manager even told me she would personally help me with the App aftter realizing I always use my phone number instead.

We were unable to buy more than $15 of gas. There weren't any bathrooms. We couldn't even fill up water when we asked. The food was overpriced even for a gas station. If we ever pass through here on a road trip again, I'm making a note to not visit the 7/11 on MLKJ Blvd. I generally like 7/11, but this was just bad.

Shockingly rude. We got here at 3am thinking it was open 24 hours. We can see customers inside gambling at the slot machine but the door is locked. Sign says closed for cleaning. We thought maybe it was just a quick mop since there were still customers gambling. Waited and at 3:20 another customer tries the door and gets told that they will be closed for 45 more minutes by the lady inside. And then the male worker, when I say "I wish I knew that 20 minutes ago" lies straight to my face and says "you just got here". Rude as heck. Two workers, letting customers they prefer gamble whilst not letting people come in to buy things and having bad attitude towards us. What a shame. I will take my business to Terribles in the future. They have great customer service.

It is known that alot of people are afraid these days. Noone talks too much about people who are immune(dictionary definition of the word "immune"). However, customer service is still customer service, with interpersonal communication skills required. If the cashiers are going to talk to the customers like they are their children then that is not good customer service. If a customer forgets their face covering and the cashier decides to process the transaction, but says "next time, you need your mask or I can't serve you", say it once and keep it moving. Scolding and or other unprofessional remarks will only end up prolonging the experience with an unnecessary back and forth... It is confrontational and will make the other customers uncomfortable...
