Cashier/lady that is always there is extremely rude. Not nice at all to anyone in the store. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable as if I was not welcome. GO ELSEWHERE!

We stopped by at night to grab some snacks and they were closed for about 30 min. After waiting they had no hot food in stock, so we left to go to another gas station :/

Great location and friendly service! The gentleman during evenings cares about the quality of his work, food safety, and goes out of his way to ensure the customer feels like a king! Awesome location!

I’m literally so over this place, they never have fresh food! It’s always old hard crusty cold! I just got some tacos from them and bit into it an almost broke a tooth they were so hard! For the side of town we live you guys should do better! I’ve worked in the food industry for 20 years after a certain time the health department requires you to throw it away! Maybe a complaint to the health department would fix things up there! The girls are so busy watching the camera or talking on their phones they don’t care to do anything else in the store! The onions and tomato’s are always freezer burnt! I stop in there after work sure would be nice if I could have fresh food and not 12 hour tacos!

Terrible if you expect well heated food.
More than once I have stop here and purchased a hot snack to eat on the run BUT I’m not stopping here again. FOOD WAS DRY AND LABELED WRONG. WORST 7/11!

The convenience store is neatly managed. Gas prices are a bit expensive compared to other places and fuel management seems to be lacking.
There is a tire inflation machine, ice is sold, and there is a Bitcoin ATM inside the convenience store. But it's not working yet.

A few minutes ago, I had a problem. My order came out around 9-10. I paid with a $20 bill. The employee gave me pennies of money saying I gave him $10. I told them to check their cameras, the cameras did not show the bill. They didn't want to give me my money back. They didn't give me my baucher either. I bought a Nesquik, 2 bags of potato chips, and a hot dog. When you check your boxes at the end of the day you're going to have $10 more and those are mine. They were disrespectful and behaved very racist.

I have been to this store several times and each time I have been here they do not give me back my FULL change. I am sick and tired of that. Train your employees to count and give people their change! The employees must be pocketing all the extra money they do not give back to customers! ZERO STARS!

If I could go -5 I would. The Caucasian older heavier set man at the register (night shift) is so damn rude and makes disrespectful remarks. My husband and I went to grab some snacks and cigarettes and cards, when asking for cigarettes he started talking about the cigarettes and then made several more comments. As we were looking through the isles we heard him giving the other customers a hard time as well before us. Every time we go to this 711 it's always something he has to say and it's gotten to the point we do everything we can to avoid coming here and would rather drive further to the next 711 just because my husband always ends up wanting to slap this man by the time we leave. Just annoying to go to a 711 and have a rude employee always have something out of pocket to say.

I went in and the guy literally had an attitude because I was getting swishers and repeatedly saying "must have ur ID" 3 TIMES THO? lol I told him it's right here and showed him the first time...Not everyone who looks young is young so show every person the same respect as you would seeing an old lady buying ciggs. Thank you.
