love coming to this 7-Eleven! The store is always clean, and organized, which makes it easy to find everything I need. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick to greet you with a smile. Whether I’m grabbing a coffee, snacks, or essentials, the service is always fast and efficient.
What really stands out is how fresh the food is—hot items like pizza and taquitos are always on point! Plus, most of the Slurpee machines are always working, which is a huge bonus. It’s clear the employees take pride in keeping the place running smoothly.
Highly recommend stopping by this location if you’re in the area—one of the best 7-Elevens in town!

I’ve been to a lot of 7-Eleven locations, but the one at 3970 N Tenaya Way really stands out. The store is always clean, well-organized, and fully stocked, no matter what time of day I stop by. It’s convenient and reliable, which is exactly what you’d hope for.
One thing that’s hard not to notice is a particular employee—his name might be “Rick.” At first, I honestly thought he was the manager because of how often he’s there and how much he seems to do. Rick always seems to be in the middle of it, keeping things running smoothly. He gives off a sense of responsibility that’s rare to see, and his hard work really shows.
The rest of the staff is also friendly and quick, which makes every visit smooth and pleasant. Even when the store gets busy, they keep the lines moving and make you feel welcome.
If you’re in the area, this 7-Eleven is definitely worth visiting. It's not just another convenience store—employees like Rick if that even is his name, make a noticeable difference in the overall experience.

I had an awesome visit to this 7/11! One of the assistant managers there was super helpful and professional. You can tell they really care about the store and the customers. The food here is always fresh—whether it's the hot dogs, pizza, or snacks, everything tastes great. It's my go-to spot for a quick bite and excellent service. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at this 7/11! The store was clean and well-stocked, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. A younger light-skinned man working there was super kind and professional. He greeted me with a smile, was quick to help, and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. It's refreshing to see someone take pride in their work and treat customers so well. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Always receive the worst customer service from all the elderly women at this location. Always refusing to give receipt. Never greeting when walking into the store nor anything after purchase. One of the most awkward and unpleasant experiences when coming into a 711 . This is my neighborhood liquor store and I will take the time to go as far out to the next one of rainbow and Tenaya 4 min away just to receive better customer service. I’ve had consistently came here for 2 years and every single person at this location but one younger gentlemen actually does his job and with a smile. Any time and day I attempt to come here and spend my money it’s a huge slap in the face. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this location due to the lack of cleanses and professionalism and customer service

The management is always unhappy the two older women and the younger lady with the colored hair never have a good attitude the worst customer service, I drive out to a further location where it's clean and staff are more welcoming and overall customer service is guaranteed... I would not recommend this particular seven eleven due to the non freshness of foods(expired) and Unsatisfactory customer service.

Stopped in for a cup of coffee. If I wanted a coffee I had to purchase extra large due to no other cups available. Stop here for fuel often they do not keep receipt paper in the gas pumps. You're forced to go inside every single time. This would be a great place for a "Convenience" store

This is the Worst 7/11 in the area. I’ll drive a couple more miles away to jones & lone mt- which is the best 7/11 in the area.

I always have a problem with the young lady working the cash register, she's very rude and unprofessional. I was there around 11:55 am or a little bit after on 7/29/23.

This 7 11 clerk was very disrespectful, there was nothing hot and ready. I left the store went to Chevron the 7-11 is on Tenya and Alexander.

This 7-11 has some major issues in keeping their slurpee and soda machines in working order. Most of the time there is either 1 or 2 machines "out of order". They are also running out of certain size cups. Poor management!
