I want to give Amy a shoutout. We come in every Saturday for our coffees. It’s always very clean, everything is stocked, and we are greeted. That’s a big deal, I’ve been to other locations where that doesn’t happen. She is on top of everything, has a great sense of urgency, and prioritizes every customer. I appreciate her positive, radiating good attitude. I’ve seen her hustle like no one else, ringing people up, helping, greeting, etc. all literally with a smile!! Everyone is happy to see her you can tell. That’s very rare. I don’t think she’s the manager, but she should be, and if she’s not she is overqualified to just be a standard clerk, I am being 100% honest. I’m writing this review because I work in business and I’ve observed her for awhile, she is a huge asset to this place. I can guarantee there are many regulars that keep coming here because they can rely on that good attitude and exceptional service without a worry or hassle. We don’t know each other personally, I just felt compelled to get that out there because she is that great. You don’t encounter workers like this too often. Kudos to Amy.

Amazing food, such as taquitos, hot dogs, and pizza. I absolutely love the monterey jack chicken taquitos, always fresh and delicious! Would definitely recommend!

Gas is over priced and they decided they didn't want to deal with cleaning the bathroom anymore after COVID, so, even if you buy over priced gas there as opposed to across the street, they have no bathroom for customers or public. I feel like there should be a list of places that don't allow bathroom usage. I don't want to buy snacks or gas from you if I can't even pee in your bathroom after the snack I bought from you.

Tonight on Monday September 30, 2024, 7:50 PM at 7-11 Convenience Store on Sandhill and Flamingo, the middle aged white male cashier rang up my order and stated the amount. A unknown white female stood next to me in line and the cashier rang up her large Slurpe and he stated the increased amount on my receipt! I said to him what are you doing and he said she stood next to you and I thought you knew her. I said NO I don’t know her and he immediately deleted her large Slurpe and let her walk away without paying. I said to the cashier do you know her and he said no. The owners of this 7-11 need to know the unscrupulous practices of this cashier.

I’ve never had such horrible Customer service ever in my life. I stopped at this location because I needed gas and because they Work with my car payment company, which you can use your debit card for I was told by the manager since the cashier didn’t know how to process the transaction and because she noticed I was using my debit card. She said her boss doesn’t want to pay the fees and only accepts cash. A debit card is the same thing as cash… When you enter your pen, it is used as cash. I didn’t attempt to use a credit card. I was using cash. She didn’t even direct me to an ATM to get cash. She just gave me attitude when I asked if they could call the manager so I can understand the logic of not being able to use a debit card another form of cash when pin is entered, they said is going to expire and she slowly history. Customer service have been denied to use cash. It was so outlandish. I even talked to the people in the parking lot and they were everyone in the whole store was confused why the manager would not allow me to pay with cash via my card you’re on service which you’re able to use your debit card for I tried to hit two birds and one stone and I was not allowed to use cash in the form of a debit card which I could go to a different location and use it just fine. Can you please elaborate why we cannot pay via our debit card when you are a service location which says debit cards accepted

This place is awful. A bunch of drug addicts doing fetnyl in front of the entrance and customer service was rude he looked like he was in his 30s who didn't care about his miserable job and curses in front of customers. This is probably the worst place to end your life working there.

No a very personable cashier . The prices are higher than the 7/11 down the road less than 1/2 mile . Do yourself a favor keep going when you see this 7-Eleven. The owner over charges for items . Or maybe it was the just the cashier charging me more , either way … not visiting this store anymore .. plenty other stores around .
