I would leave a zero if I could. I went to the 7-Eleven on Farm and Durango. I believe it would be afternoon shift was Friday and then today my husband went Friday and I went today and the same person was so rude. He’s nasty. He’s not nice. He looks.nasty . He doesn’t look clean and professional. He wears a hat and his glasses are all nasty and their sunglasses and he’s extremely rude. I hope somebody tells him to go take a Customer Service class or please take him out of the store cause I’m not going back. Thank you.

Please Review camera's from 7/2/24 around 7:00 and 7:45pm. Your staff was smoking weed in front of your business. I wanted to go in, but I did not feel comfortable after seeing that.

Plz have a look at yesterday's footage (06/02/24) at around 12 noon. There was No customer service. The thief's ideal situation with no one manning the front. Someone claiming to be the assistant manager thinks it's more important to wipe down surfaces & do inventory (or narcotics?) in the back room than it is to assist patrons. It happened twice while I was there. Also left the Amazon worker wondering what was going on. The first time I let it slide. The second time & I thought this person needs management to retrain her on priorities & service. No hard feelings. We just gotta do better.. Thank u.

When I go in for my refill of Pepsi, Nadia is always there, happy go luck attitude. One morning, was very busy with 3 families together, with a bit of a language barrier. To me it seemed like mass confusion, to possible cheat her out of snacks, I sat down waiting my turn to pay, observed her taking care of the customers. She did an AWESOME JOB!! Thank you for the job you did that day, and Thank You for treating this old veteran with such respect, as well as every customer that walks through the door. YOU ARE AN AWSOME PERSON! Every costomer that walks through the door in the a.m. shift, meet and say hello to Nadia!!

Such a great 7/11! Any time I have come into this location Nadia was the cashier here. She brings such a great and positive energy that turns a normal gas station run into a good trip that makes you leave with a smile. She is always so welcoming and kind and keeps her store clean and in good shape. I witnessed her handle a stressful situation today very well and was super impressed! Definitely a great 7/11 to make my runs to. THANKS NADIA!!! ?

The last couple of months have been disappointing. Whoever the young man that works during the day, gambles while working and always outside smoking. Horrible vulgar attitude. The drink station is always disgusting, cherry slurpee machine never works. The partition is always filthy. I feel like I will need to find a new convenience store as this one has become quite an inconvenience.

Inside was a disaster there was no cups for Slurpees or even lids that we had to use big gulp cups. Counters were nasty with trash and spills everywhere. Slurpee's said they were done but they seemed to be not completely done mixing because they were syrupy. Didn't buy any food or snacks just wanted something cold to drink. Suggest getting help because one worker had the place a disaster.

Wednesday 8:30pm on July 12th. Who ever the male that was working at this time needs to be fired or relocated. No customer service what so ever and give attitude to customers for coming in for what should be a convenient trip?This place is supposed to be a convenient store, not to do when the cashier feels like it. Get two people on staff and find a cashier that doesn’t have an attitude about what he applied to do.I’ve been coming to the 7-11 for 8 years now and this really has been one of the worst franchised stores. It’s get old. Figure this out please.
