Possibly the rudest staff in a city with the worst customer service skills.
Vegas is so subpar in customer service that it really takes an effort to be worse than average but this 7-Eleven somehow manages. More than one surly, snotty staff member and attitude the second they look at you.
I’m mainly talking about the evening and night staff but if they’re what management tolerates, I doubt the day staff is any better.
Only visit this store to gawk at the rude staff. Otherwise, stay far away!

I used the ATM inside this business and $80 went missing from the transaction. When I brought it up immediately, the guys behind the counter didn’t seem concerned at all—they just told me to “call tomorrow for the manager.” Really? That’s the best you can do when someone’s money goes missing in your store?
It honestly felt shady, like they didn’t care or worse, like they knew something. What kind of place just brushes off missing cash like it’s no big deal? I left feeling like I was just robbed in broad daylight.
Absolutely unacceptable. If you value your money, be careful doing any sort of transaction here.

The night manager is very rude ( I think her name is Chris) every time I go in there she has something rude to say, I’ll never go back to location

Walter is a great dude who helped me out with his own air pump when the station air pump was broken. Wish more employees have the attitude like him.

I got a diet Coke and an energy bar, it came out to $6.58. I gave the cashier a $5 bill and asked to charge the rest of my card. By my math, it should have only been $1.58 charged. Instead I got charged $6.58. so that sounds like to me she pocketed the five dollars that I gave her. She was a black woman, short gray hair. I would contact the manager but the manager was not there. So now I leave a review, and hopes to get this resolved.

**PLEASE READ 7-11 MANAGER- Just went into this store possibly for the last time. I ask for a certain item which they rarely have anyways. I asked for 5 cans of Zyn Spearmint #6. The clerk said they only had 3 so I bought them. Then he went into the cabinet and pulled out 10 more cans after my transaction was completed. I believe this store sells items to make money correct? 2 suggestions. 1. Have the items that sell in stock best you can. 2. Train clerks to sell and upsell your products. Mine cost you $10.

The last couple of time I've stopped by here in the afternoon, I no longer feel safe. Too many young people just hanging out in front of the store making comments as customers are walking in and out. Back packs piled up by the front making this a trip hazard.I'll have to find a different location. Very disappointing. This has been my go to store for the last 5 years.

I’m not understanding why cash app is not available to use at this location. Employee asked me do I have a bank card over and over again and then offered to upsell to purchase gas for one dollar . It was absurd because I walked to the store literally having to pay a extra dollar to be able to use my cash app. This is the nearest neighborhood store and convenient to walk to. Not accepting my cashapp after the renovation. Only one employee by the name of Victoria Campbell offered me to pay her through cash app so she can pay for my purchase ? I would have walked to the store for nothing. Wow please fix.
