Nice staff, well kept, drink coolers are super cold. Was amazing to sip on a beverage I bought to find it was ICE cold.

The lady on night today I never seen her before she said her name vs she. Hispanic and she very rude machine took my money I asked her could she look at the camera and she told me it’s my JOB to call the gaming people my self it’s not her problem she was so rude about it wasn’t trying to hear nothing I was saying over talking me so I was talking to the 2 African-American guys there they was nice but she tried to stop me from talking to them and I actually No them and don’t no her at all for her to treat me so rude and all I was trying to explain was I put money in the machine and never pressed the button at all and it said $10.08 when I put a $20 dollar bill in the machine she said it’s not her problem call the gaming people I used to work for 711 she was supposed to call but told me I have to she rude I’m calling corporate cause the way she act was so unacceptable and the way she treats the homeless it’s not cool at all the

I been coming here everyday since December 1st 2023 and never had a problem today was my first time seeing this Hispanic woman her name was vs that's what she told me she was very rude and was trying to talk over me when I was try to explain to her that the machine took my money I asked her can she look at the camera she didn't wanna hear me at all told me I have to call the gaming people my self in order to get my money back I worked for 711 she was supposed to call and she didn't she didn't care cause it wasn't her money she was just been rude telling me not to talk to the other employee and I have a report with them I no them I see them every day and we are very cool but she was very unacceptable the way she acted told me that I could leave cause I was talking to the other employee and all I was trying to do was tell her to call the gaming people and look at the camera cause I only put money in the machine and never pressed the button at all I will be calling corporate to cause I hope these are not the people you cause hire when they are not friendly at all and rude and obnoxious

No refills on coffee? If you don't know 711 history... refills is in their constitution. Literally they sell refillable 711 coffee mugs just for refills. Will never be back to this location untill they change the NO REFILLS. Way to keep the working man down.

Went to buy a Big Gulp they said it was $2.19, I said you can get these all over town for .59 and .99. Was told we are not like other 711s. When I said I didn't want it cashier said "OK I'll drink it", not very professional.

Don't shop at this store they price gouge really bad. They want 299 for a 16 oz Pepsi can. all the other stores in the surrounding area or a lot cheaper.

at first it took an hour before I called the help store and then I waited another 20 min. before it said it was delivered. it wasn't. called to cancel the order then the guy showed up with the wrong flavor slurpees? allergic to cherry flavoring (the odds) and I got two cherry slurpees instead of blue raspberry.

Worst 711 I've ever been to. Lady doesn't speak very good English and as I walk in with my bottle for ice she started yelling at me that I can't fill my bottle with soda. I tried explaining that I was only getting ice and she said she was going to charge me for it. I planned on getting more items but she continued to yell at me like a child, so I just left with a fountain drink. I told she she was very rude and she says thanks for the compliment." Sorry staffing is so short to not have a nicer person to work there.

I have been using my 7-11 wallet app when paying at another store, but the cashier would argue with me that I can't pay with the app at this specific store. I even showed her that she only needed to scan the barcode. And she embarrassed me in front of many people like I don't know what I'm saying. Please educate or train your associates with your new technology. I understand she's old, but she needs to adapt to new payment methods.

Everytime except for 1 time they gave me some excuse why they cannot let me add money onto my bank card and when the bank app tells you to go there it can be very frustrating! Hopefully this saves some people the time and effort. Just go somewhere else. Also doesn't help that employees are rude about it as well.
