I came in at 6pm for a 711 Gold Pass FREE Drink - A perk of having the subscription on the 711 app. I scanned the code with the black balding gentleman and he proceeded to charge me for a FREE DRINK. I explained to him that it was a perk of having the subscription. HE SAID NO ONLY THE 7th cup is free. I showed him the phone and explained to him, he instantly RAISED HIS VOICE TRYING TO INTIMIDATE ME. When I asked for his manager, he called for ROBERT long haired white fat guy and also said the same thing. HE SAID THATS CORPORATE AND THAT THEY DONT DO THAT HERE. TERRIBLE PEOPLE AND SERVICE. I SUGGEST NEVER SHOPPING HERE. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND EVEN WORSE ATTITUDES.

Attention to the owner please. My question is why you punish good paying regular several times a day customers, (I have close to 50,000 points at this store), but your terrible manager watches the cameras on these guys and makes them charge me for a water cup, when I buy another drink at the same time. I am not the one stealing, I am not the one filling jugs up, I am not the one taking ice, but I am the one here year round many times a day, yet still Jerry, because he is miserable and has no idea how to truly run a store, takes out his frustration on good paying regular customers. Guess what, there are other places to go, because I now feel punished because I got a cup of ice water. And yes I brought my own 7 11 cups for both drinks as well. Just terrible I have to be punished for all, every cashier knows my name and I appreciate that, but sadly this is the wrong thing to do. Jerry needs to go, he is past his time here.

You know its really aad that i was the last person to comment on this over a year ago however I do not appreciate the continuation of discrimination against me, and if this discrimination continues I will have no other option but to pursue further actions against this company and if i am ever threatened by another employee having them say theyll send someone to beat me up. I will be calling the cops and pressing charges. I am a disabled military veteran who you continue to discriminate against for no reason, no explanation. You let people who have stolen from you come back inside of your store and continuing purchasing items. Yet ive been given no real reason as to why you say I'm not allowed in when I've been coming into the store for almost over a year or so now. Like i said if this continues I will press charges

Do not gamble here this place has there machines rigged to not pay. I literally went through $300 in 20 minutes and didn't win anything. I know it's gambling but when machines are not set up to pay a certain percentage back it's ridiculous. I will never come to this location ever again.

If i could put zero i would i went in used my ebt and it all got stolen manager was super unprofessional and didnt want to speak to me he has fraudulent people working in this store do not use ebt here!!!! Its sad that their is evil people in this world. That wana take from others who actually need help. Dont shop here!!!!!!

I encountered this lady working here I haven't seen her before perhaps she's new or I just haven't seen her because I always come in at night but she was working today @7pm. She decided that she wanted to ring up the customer behind before me even though I was in line first. I have been coming to this 7-11 for the last 5 years regularly at least 3-5 times a week to buy drinks. But sense their is literally a 7-11 one block up in every direction I'm not going to be returning to this one.

I would give 0 stars if i could !Absolutely had the worst experience I've ever encountered at this location in the last 20+ years. I've been coming here . Before i tell my story , I've personally contacted their complaint number ,and am currently looking for the franchise owner and have i filed a complaint with metro. All with in the last 40 minutes since my encounter. I take customer service and our safety very seriously, and this 711 company employees showed horrible customer service, and safety was a huge issue . So i go to this location today around 5:10 pm , to get my normal fountain drink as my routine is the same. I even went in 4 hour prior to this encounter i am speaking of for the exact same thing. Anyways i walk in , said hi as i normally would to acknowledge the employees and to be respectful this is a normal thing for me. Well anyways after my hi , i asked do you guys still do refills as i hold my old cup up, the gentleman pauses for a breif second as hes messing around with the chips and says yeah its $1:29. I said okay cool THANK YOU and casually walk over to fill up my cup. Afterwards, i approached the counter to this mid to late 40s hispanic lady and i said hi , and asked about their $3 promotion on thier 2 pizzas with ANY big gulp , and directly she answered me no , not with the refill . I said okay cool , its cool then brushed it off and started putting my number in to gain points as normal . Well as i am the gentleman steps up to her and says you cant do it with a refill even though thats been established and we've already moved on with just pursuing the soda transaction. Well she tells him with anger i already told him he cant get that pizza promotion with the refill, i then said . Its okay you guys dont have to make a big fuss about it i understand, a millameter of a second went by and she loudy rudly angrly said we arent making one of it. I said clearly you are and said its okay . And it went on from there with more attitude as she takes my 2 dollar bills and gives me my change and slams it on the table while the gentleman is backing her up on the no attitude part and justifying her actions . I then take it and proceed walking out saying have a great days you guys, ill see you guys again and she about through the hugest attitude about that and as i am out thr door she says i am 86d . I am now standing at the door baffled because shes 86ing me because she has such an attitude and hissy fit over that "dont throw a fuss over it you guys i understand remark" that now she feels the need to do so. I wasn't a threat to her or the dude and ive came here for 20+ years. Well heres the kicker why i am writimg this so everyone sees this and so corporate gets on is as soon as they can and again metro now has my complaint so i am not playing when i say i want this resolved quickly . So heres the kicker. As i am still standing at the door baffled i then tell her and the gentleman i will continue to come by , I've done nothing wrong legally . So anyways the gentleman follows me out wearing the 711 outfit and got so close to me i was going to react as a scared for my life scenario because ol boy is definitely taller than me but in all honesty it would be a good fight . Well little does he know i have a ccw legally and am trained for situations like this therfore if i reacted at the door when i did i couldnt justify the outcome. So anyways i process to my car calmy as he now walks behind my car for whatever reason like what the heck?? Treating me like a criminal taking photos. And customers were walking up to the door as i am now sitting in my car with engine on . Well as i sit there before putting it in reverse i hear him telling the customers lies. Therefore i roll my window down and say exactly what just occured. Well now the employe comes up to my window aggressively speaking his mind , many other things , and he was shaky I was awaiting him to throw a punch while i was sitting in the car.
