Water in a cup. I sent my son to get me a large cup on coffee on Sunday 12-3-23. They must rerun the water over used coffee grinds. It was water and cream you couldn't taste coffee Ripoff crooks charged for a large cup of water. CROOKS

The people who serve don't keep it hot enough, you arrive and you want a hot dog and there isn't one. I have had to visit up to 3 stores and there is no hot dog and if you want nachos there is no cheese and the Owens and Pecos store seems to be another thing there is never what you are looking for.

Went to load my cashapp card the guy said we can't load any cards after 2pm . Its 4pm . Really! Never head of that rule. I went on 711 website it said nothing about that. Put a sign on your door or change your website info

Always shopping at this location there a manger there very bad mouth flirting with her employees getting high in front of the store with other employees leaving a short Mexican girl to do all the work one person cleaning all the time every time I go in she doesn't need to be manger drug test needed make sure I won't go there again

Just came in to grab a bag of ice and is it really that hard to pretend to be nice for a second? As soon as I got to the register, the girl had an attitude and couldn't hand me my bag that was right next to her after my transaction was approved because she was too busy on her phone, so I had to reach over the items that was on the counter and grab my bag that she put next to her. Mind you, she still didn't even look up. I even walked out & she still was on the phone. I don't approve of theft, but I'm sure I could have walked out w a couple of unpaid items & she won't even notice.

The manager wasn't even on shift. K.C. who treats grown woman like a child. After waiting in line for several minutes. A costumer was told to let someone cut in front her. She was allowed to buy a hot dog. But because they didn't want to wait longer. They couldn't by a cigar and was refused service by K.C. who wasn't even on shift. The costumers child was also present and she was disrespectful in front of her.

It's ok but they need to clean the store the drinking station, was nasty stuff stuck on the tips as well as the slurpy station, nasty I got a stomach, ake after I got one if I was not thirsty as all get up I would of walked but im just saying.
