They pick n choose when they want to sell you tobacco products without properly checking ID , I’ve also seen them contaminate many products without properly disposing of or placing in the correct places

Since there was a problem when I came to say the store was busy didn't know the employee at the time had several children about 5 since she made a statement that was thrown at me as to Why I was still at her counter. Let's keep it bully free in the neighborhood Family Dollar and 7-11

I have bought beer many times here with my STATE ISSUED prison ID (meaning its a REAL ID that the state gave me to prove I am who it says I am with my birthday and other information). Now, all of a sudden, I'm being told it's not a real ID by the employees here when just last week it wasn't a problem at all. The fact that these employees don't know can't tell it's a real ID shouldn't be my fault, and they should definitely not be working here at all

workers leave people waiting on line while they go outside to smoke and the other on the phone in the back with a baby and general manager melissa said she doesn't care and because i told them i dot. have a lot of time they refuse to give me service and said i can go to another 7 eleven and general manager or the manager refuse to give me their number to talk to anyone they use their own phone on speaker and behind the plastic cover where i can't hear or speak and general manager didn't even know the story and already said she doesn't care so good to know owners and management don't care for costumers

This store is nothing but crackhead & drug dealers and that's just the staff. I recommended staying away if you value your safety and safe foods, they handle the merchandise exactly like you'd expect a junkie to. I've been coming to this location for 20 years and over the last year its completely fell apart. I'll now drive to another location regardless of the distance

The service is so unprofessional, the cashier guy named OLIN is so mf rude. Hes not even approachable. He doesn't even greet customers at all. I dont like that.

The cashier today, I wish I had her name but her member Id on the receipt is 1126, was so sweet and friendly. I did I quick stop with my two grandsons and her talking to them was so sincere and sweet. In todays world where everyone is so mean it was such a wonderful change. 7-11 please acknowledge her and let her know she is appreciated. It was 6/24 around 10:45 am.

The old black cashier is extremely rude. She yells. She bad attitude. She's ugly from the inside out.She didnt apply the discount I am entitled to through my rewards. I had to file a complaint with corp to get a refund!

We stopped here to buy a pizza. The pizza was well cooked and the place looked clean and had very few homeless people around it. This was a positive experience for us.

I left a 1 star review a while ago but then lost my ability to access that email to change it. I've been a customer here for many years and although there have been some rough patches. The team they have working there now is the best I've ever seen. Lines move quick, if there is one, and and everyone seems to be so much more positive and seem happy to be at work. Environment has definitely went from a 2 to a 10. Wish I could go remove my 1 star review from years ago

I stop by here everyday after work sometimes during and it is always a pleasure. It's a 7-Eleven people and you know what area ur in so get off your high horses! These girls doing amazing job especially with what they have to deal with at this location and their customers. Thinking about it now, I'm going down there to get my hot dog.

The women here are always extremely friendly stay one older woman. And one man. They are the worst and shouldn't work in the service industry. Maybe the landfill would better suit their attitudes.
