Horrible. The employees there have no customer service and speak to customers poorly. They keep the doors locked close to an hour several times a day.

This 7-Eleven used to be an actual great location unfortunately within the last year due to new ownership and management it has gone downhill dramatically. The quality of the products is average, availability of certain products is terrible, organization is nearly gone and many of the times you'll either get horrible customer service or they will not be accepting cash. which a lot of people still use when I'm on my way home and all I have is a little bit of cash I'd like to be able to use it. when you can't use it because they're not accepting cash it's horrendous. come on y'all step it up.

Although the customer service isn't the best all the time, the store feels safer because they don't let the bums hang out around the store anymore. I think that's a plus considering there use to be groups of them outside with the old management.

In the last 3 or 4 months employees have become rude, extremely slow in greeting guest at the register, the new staff is lazy
At 10pm they wouldn't cook a pizza when they are going to close for an hour an a half at midnight or 1am for cleaning, but those lazy people turn off the ovens

They need take there $1 sign down they don't have the cup and I think have no concern about getting the cup @ all I was charged $1.72 for a cup ice I ask will he honor the $1 price he state 2 me can't control store prices which is not right on top people tell me they sell weed in the store and he's allow it to happen AVOID THE LOCATION IF U CAN VERY DISHONEST OWNER OF 7 /11

Manager cusses at employees and customers I went in for a energy drink and as I was going to pay for it the employee jumped over the counter and started yelling at two individuals outside who I think weren't even near the store
