the two older employees who work the morning shift at 7-Eleven seem to pick and choose who they ask for ID in a biased way. They check some customers but let others slide, and it comes across as unfair and possibly racist behavior. It feels like they’re judging people based on appearance rather than following store policy equally for everyone.

Just went in to pay for gas. Waited 10 minutes in line for the only cashier working. While I was waiting, the other employee was trying to look busy waiting on the prep oven that cooks your food that you sell. You guys need to hire another cashier, or have the other employee get a register. Also, I saw a man come in , grab a canned beverage, and walked right out without paying. Seemed like Employees didn't even notice or didn't care. 7 Eleven should be better than this!

The 7-11 got bad ince the assistant manager left with the red hair. She is the one who kept things in order. No machines are always broken, employees are filthy store is dirty and never stocked m. Its time to get new management cause I'm done shopping there after 12 years. Not until new management will I set foot inside

Crew is very slow since they've changed management managers have nasty attitudes they package cookies in the wrong packages not friendly too black people if your white they bow down to you if your spending a penny corporate take care of this store before somebody take care of it!!!!

In spite of the fact that I purchased 4 dollar bottle of water, the cashier charged me extra because I got ice in the jug I poured the water into. Charging for ice? Seriously?

Double check the register pricing! I typically enjoy this location but my experience tonight was unacceptable. This 7-Eleven location had signs clearly stating a promotion for buy 2 get $1 off. However, the register didn’t remove the $1. After scanning 3 of the item, it came up on the register “buy 3 save $1” and removed $1. I asked the clerk, Nick, why it wasn’t matching the advertised sign. He said he wasn’t sure and texted his manager but still would not change the price to match what was clearly advertised on signage. This practice is known as “False Advertisement” and is illegal. This place should be fined for their illegal business practices. Had he fixed the price I would have been happy, but refusing to fix the price to match what is advertised is unacceptable.
