I am a regular customer and gamer at this location and typically have pleasant experiences with staff , as I play a lot of money in their machines. Unfortunately however, this morning, which is Sunday , Sept 22 2023 , that came to a screeching halt!Usually , when I frequent this location, it's at odd hours, and I have never been in when the radio was not blasting , not that I had any issues with it until what happened today .So, I walk in , I'm in my phone with someone in NY, someone who is not a person I talk to or see so often that I will hang up for a cigarette run to 711. So , I park, ELAINE the 711 clerk was outside smoking , per usual when I come in and she's on shift, always having a cigarette, she comes in , sells me the cigarettes, the musicIs on, so already I'm trying to listen on my phone, talk over the radio to tell her what I smoke and just make this transaction. Because I like gaming at this location, I put 20$ in, still on my phone, and then a$100 bill, this was about 1130am. I was on the machine, enjoying my conversation, clerk ELAINE, was outside smoking and I had been playing for about 15 min when she came back in and turned the radio up , forcing me to talk over it but I was so focused on playing, and talking and laughing and enjoying my day that I was in the middle of a laugh and here again comes Elaine FROM OUTSIDE SMOKING looks at me fromAround the corner of the outside door, and says" can you please keep your voice down!?" I was the only person in the store and gaming. She wasn't even inside at that moment.(this is all on camera) so I was stunned and just kept playing, then realized how loud the radio was and no wonder I had been talking loud inadvertently, and it took me a moment to understand what had just happened. So she walks back in and I said , " well I will but if the radio was not so loud , I wouldn't have to talk over it", of course she retorts with" I turned up the radio to over shadow my call". Then immediately tell me"and you may leave the store now!" So I pressed cash out , I was up $100, so that's fine, luckily I wasn't down and losing, but I just thought how ironic it was that the only 711 location I have ever entered that didn't have the radio blasting, has a clerk tell the only patron in the store who is gambling (100"s) not chump change, to leave because she is having a pleasant conversation with a person that is making me laugh. And when I spoke, it was louder then it would have been if radio had not been on, but it's weird.that radio never bothered me ever, I didn't even think about it. I wasn't trying to talk over it purposely and it didn't even occur that I was speaking or laughing loud to where she would kick me out , especially when she was outside smoking twice since since I sat at machine , 3 times including me pulling up and she was outside. I said when she handed me my money, after cash out, I'm sure her boss would love to know she is kicking out a gamer for being on a phone Laughing, sticking 100 dollar bills in while she smokes outside and radio blasting. She spelled her name out and showed me her badge so I got everything correct, when I look at her badge. So she is proud of her behavior, and would obviously have no issues kicking out gamers and patrons if they are talking over the song she is playing on her radio or interrupting her thoughts while she smokes outside the store! Yup! Thanks Elaine , perfect timing for your demand that I leave, I probably would have put that money all back into 711 gaming, instead I made 100$. So thnx!

I just went there for a taquito and the cashier was touching the Taquitos with his bare hands , WITH NO GLOVES and kept touching each taquitos and ended up eating one . That was so disgusting !!!! Will never come to this location again .

Very nice staff.! Came in hella early and the person on staff was happy and knowledgeable. For it being so early in the morning she was awesome.! Thank you and I will start using my rewards more because of her.!

Terrible I stop for 4 days looking for French canilla coffee and nothing you ask the cashier the not have nothing with actitud today it’s go be the last day I stop in this location I don’t think the cashiers or employees. Care and the not check for nothing inside if have in stock ?

Straight 7 eleven please pay your employees more money or something, the people working today were straight rude. The employees were literally yelling at customers, this is not okay.
