Why is it so hard to not be rude? I walked in, smiled, asked for what I needed she said huh? So I repeated it and not one single other word from her. I guess this is what passes for customer service these days

Worse customer service ever, rude as soon as I walked in. These ladies shouldn't work here if they don't like their job. Very uncalled attitude and won't be back to this place if they are here.

The worker at this 7 11 locked the door for over an hour now and is in the back we see her she is not doing anything. There is 5 people outside waiting for her to open the door. This is not a good fit business I will be contacting the owner in the morning

The owner does not care! The employees are very nice though

i came here to grab some chips and a beer but was rudely identified and just looked like i was being racially profiled.. i won’t suggest coming here unless you want to feel a unwelcome vibe and energy..

I have seen the video online with the vendor and I agree with the 7-11 owner. Those parking spaces are hers because she must pay for a permit.

Over the years this location has been going to a mess, today I went in just to get a refund bull, some chips and my daughter a slurpee. As I walk out of my car it smelled straight like urine it was so strong I couldn't help the smell so I hurried to get my stuff and as I walk up to the register the cashier lady that's been there for years I told her outside smells really bad the front instrance but she seems like she didn't care when I told her. I been living on this side of town for almost 15 years and today I realized this 7-eleven is just a freaking dump. They need to tear it down and rebuild it because it's just torn down and I pretty sure there are lots of others that are like this but this 7-eleven is make me realize today will be my last time coming today. I do like the lady's in the morning which are only two but the rest I don't care.

Lady with the red hair obviously has never seen anyone smile she kept asking me rudely what was so funny but her customer service was irate at best? Whatever made her so inhappy isn’t my fault or your customers.

Most of the 7 eleven in this area don't train their employees to do deposits. Chime, cash app etc. It's an inconvenience that when someone comes in to utilize a advertised service from these companies and can't do it. It's getting ridiculous.

If you are looking for a convenience store between the hours of 11-5 am go somewhere else! They are NOT 24 hrs and will laugh at you while they lean on the counter when they are "cleaning" also the store is ALWAYS filthy! So why close it to clean?! Especially for 5+ hours?!?

Clinton and the chick with the face tats were pretty friendly. They didn't have a drink i was looking for, but that's okay. Typical 7- Eleven bums outside but nothing aggressive. Shabby outside, but that's per usual at inside. It seemed pretty stocked. I didn't get hot food, coffee, or fountain drinks, so no Intel there though.
