This 7-Eleven has become overrun with homeless people. Drug use and indecent behavior are rampant. My family and neighbors used to visit multiple times a day, but we've stopped due to the unsafe environment.
The homeless congregate inside and out, stealing, making messes, and harassing customers. They take over the slushie machine and leave their trash everywhere. The employees are overwhelmed and can't control the situation.
Security is present during the day, but it's useless. The real problems happen at night. My mother, who frequents the store to play slots, had a homeless man fall asleep on her shoulder while she was playing! She felt so uncomfortable that she left after only 20 minutes.
This is unacceptable. A 60-year-old woman should be able to enjoy a few hours of slots without being harassed. Carlos, the owner, needs to take action to address this issue. Until then, I won't be returning.

7-ELEVEN is a good store and they have good specials on refreshments and good coffee and Donuts and snacks and good food

Generally good, however, they did not honor the sales prices listed on the shelf and posted on the windows outside.

Close by my house and always have beatboxes stocked up which is the best drink to get. Especially when I’m going out! Definitely recommend the cranberry dreams flavor. 10/10

Do not come expecting policies a real 7 11 would normally have. I would like to find out why this place's policy is so anti-customer. Normally this indicative if severe drug use by the management and ownership. This one u eleven to avoid.

I don't recommend coming to the store for anything I came to the store put $100 bill in the machine the bill stacker was jammed and I've been waiting for three hours for someone to fix it. I have not received a complementary drink I have not received any complementary anything they won't even let me use the restroom. I have to get in my car and go somewhere else, this is ridiculous and to top it off the store is filthy

While I was waiting in line, there was a man in front of me and I didn't realize he was waiting on food. The man at the counter (old man, gray hair and glasses) only asked for the next person one time (I didn't realize it was me) until he started yelling at me to hurry up and come to the counter. I walked up and asked for some wraps, but there was a storage bin in the way. I said "I'd like white owls, but I can't see them all" and he kicked the storage bin out of the way, like he was angry at me, and when I said what I wanted, he had to ask me multiple times to repeat it (I wanted three flavors, all three in a row). When he finally had them, he asked for my ID, but it was already on the counter for him. The whole interaction he seemed mad, like I was getting in his way or bothering him. When I finally went to pay, I had change because my birthday was a couple days ago and my grandma gave me all her change. He said he wouldn't take it. I asked if I could count it for him, but he said no and laughed at me. I said again that id count it for him, since I know it can be annoying and I already counted it twice in the car, one more time isn't gonna hurt me, but he refused to help me. He just pointed at the door and stared at me. I can understand not wanting to count change, it was $5.50, but most of it was quarters and I offered to count it right in front of him. I'm not sure why he was so rude, but I am definitely not coming back here.
