That employee Bonnie gives so horrible custonmer service, ..she denieds bathroom service when I know its not out of order cuz Ive been here befiore and shes the only one who doesnt let customer use bathroom,...poor customer seevice..

Ohhhh man I just met one of the most rude owners of a 7/11 and he said some pretty nasty things to me I would advise you go to another store because this guy hates people and hates his business I never met someone that would have a business and be so rude because he's throwing a tantrum like a big baby it's ok MR we will find a new store to spend our hard earned money at and this is a neighborhood store of mine so not spending money here will be easy sorry MR Chad if this horrible boss treats you bad because he's ignorant.

I go there almost every morning. I will not be back. I noticed the guy there charged me for a Bic lighter. I didn't buy a bic lighter and mentioned it to him and he said it was his way around having to scan my ID for cigarettes. So I asked him to take it off and he did. Thing was he also took off the charge for the cigarettes..lolSo I didn't say anything I figured it's his mistake I got a free pack of cigarettes..Next day I come in as usual and purchaseSome soda and chips and he remembered me and attempted to charge me double for everything. 31.00I know what you did.Your mistake and you tried to make up for it by ripping me off.I know what you did mister marc the guy on graveyard shift.

These people are so lazy no one wants to make the hot food neither did the one down the street. Its easy to say you're out of something if you don't wanna do it.
