Been here 5x and it never changes they always disrespect certain people of color and treat others with respect! This is a serious issue her at this location and the employees need to held accountable for flat out racism !!! It never changes here

I already spoke with 7 Eleven's customer service department about my experience, and they were super helpful in providing a remedy. So thank you 7 Eleven for that however I still thought sharing my experience was pertinent so people understand what they might be walking into by shopping at this location so here it is.
I visited the store to purchase a large mango slurpee for my son. The red Do Not Use light was not on so I figured the machine was ready to serve the slurpee. But when I twisted the knob, it would give me little squirts of it per turn and not provide a constant flow. So I mentioned it to the clerk and he said "not ready, temperature not ready". I said no, the red light isn't on so it's ready and the squirts I'm getting is good it just won't stay on. And he just looks away to ignore me. So I do my thing, I kept having to twist on, twist off. To get enough squirts to fill the large cup. Then when I go to pay I have him scan my app for the $1 deal. And before I could enter my rewards phone number he hits the total tab on the register and tells me how much. I go wait can I put in my number and he says no, it won't matter because my cup is X Large, not large. I correct him and he won't listen he keeps saying no. So I go ya know what I'm not gonna argue over a small amount for a slurpee so fine. And my little toddler son was hiding behind me because he got scared of the banter back n forth. So I swipe my card to pay, and when the transcript was approved there wasn't a thank you or anything. He literally waves his hand for me to take my stuff and go and says "you're completed". So this is no longer about money. Like I said it wasn't a big difference. If this is the standard that 7 Eleven upholds in their franchisees and employees, then as you wish. I will go to Terrible's or AMPM or any of the other brands.

The employees there were very rude and disrespectful and banned me because as I was making a bag of chips, I had bought a bag of chips and put cheese in it and when I was dispensing my cheese, a bug came out of the cheese dispenser so I threw it away and they told me I had to pay for and if I did not pay for it, they will ban me so I decided to take The band instead of paying for the chips that is bad service those two employees need to be fired. They were very disrespectful about the situation and could’ve handled it a different way.

So i just left that place now & there was about 4 bums in the front door , then i walked inside & notice a black guy Worker witch was nice & polite then a white guy with a getto cookies hat , first thing i notice is they white worker with cookies hat looked dirty & crusty , & gave free food to the bums , after that i asked for 2 taquitos & he goes & grabs them without washing his hand or anything & does it with an attitude , all am here to say is if your the boss & your reading this , get rid of that guy! Until someshit goes down , cause the way his attitude is he will sooner or later get what he deserves, anyways for the black tall guy i give him a 5 star he was legit & stright nice polite , as for the white guy with the cookies hat , learn customer service because yours is TRASH

Gentleman working the counter early morning the 26th could ring me up due to the new A360 law. According to the law valid ID forms must be scanned to sell alcohol or tobacco. I had a US passport, the software used at the place wasn’t able to scan passports, only drivers licenses. Very embarrassing for my, frustrating for the employee. You are in Vegas near an international airport, upgrade your technology.

Some of the workers can't work under pressure if there's a long line they don't pay attention to what guests are requesting from the hot food menu. I tried to get a deal but instead I got less food and spent more money. The worker have charged me for two items when it should have been three and I would have saved money and got what is promoted. workers are just eager to get you out. ?

Your staff keeps the store fully stocked, clean, and neat. They are always smiling and happy to all customers. The older gentleman is the best!!! He keeps things moving daily. When his off on Friday, there is a change in the level of service. But over-all "Outstanding". Keep up the great work. And thank you!!!!
