Walked in to pick up a beer and some snacks for my way back home, wouldn't accept my passport as identification, I would recommend going to Cardenas across the street from this establishment if you have a valid government passport that you use to identify yourselfI went in to get a beer and some candy but when I tried to pay they did not accept my passport as identification, I recommend that you walk to the other side of the street and better go to Cardenas if you need something and not be discriminated against

This 7 eleven is really bad doesn't matter where is located must follow the regulations of a franchise I order 3 slices of pizza and I get it is a foam plate this is not proffeciinal trying to save some money by using foam plates and the place is very durty

Worst location. Phone number not in order. Called to discuss with manager an incident in which Annette the cashier harassed, stole $$ to give to her homeless friend, grabbed my mother's are, stole her phone to give to same homeless man, and took her money my mom won playing machines. I went there to talk to manager. Of course he wasn't available. Counter lady rude and wouldn't give me corporate number. I think I need to find a lawyer.Received message from owner regarding this incident. I had already called corporate office to file complaint. They were supposed to get back to me and still haven't!!! The owner can call them and get the complaint. As a matter of fact...I'm going to call them now and see what they did about that employee.

So I just happen to be in the area and stopped in to pick up a case. The line was backed up but the cashier first name started with a J I wanna say Jawaun (he had a full grill). Not sure tho. Not only was he rock two lines at a time but it was literally his 4th day on the job and that man was knocking the line back. I love to see young Black men handling bizness. Excellent customer service and immaculate composure. Give that man a raise after his 90 days. He definitely will keep the store running smoothly.
