So I've been coming to the 7-Eleven thinking that every time I filled up with gas I was getting points. Until one of the clerks kind of in a rude fashion told me oh I'm just wasting my time punching in my phone number because the gas is Sinclair and not 7-Eleven so I'm not getting any points. In spite of a rudeness she may be realize I was just wasting my time coming to this place cuz if I'm not getting points on it what's the point of getting gas at this location so I'll just go to the Chevron down the street. At least I get a free drink at every Chevron.

I came in the evening. To buy a drink after a hard day's work. My friend and I went in and I got a drink. But the seller refused to sell it to me. Because my friend has to show the id too. He doesn't drink alcohol at all. But the seller still didn't sell. Referring to his boss. The customer who was standing in the store was also surprised by this internal law of this store. Terrible service. And I'm going to take this to court.

Wonderful location never had any issues very big convenient store loots of space including a small car wash and vacuum our company silver state floor restoration guy's meets there often

For this store being in such a predominately as nice area as Summerlin you would think it would be clean and everything would be in working order but almost all the machines said out of order and the entire place was filthy.

I’m a regular customer at your location and usually have a great experience. However, on April 12th, I requested a specific brand of cigarettes, but was mistakenly sold a different one by the store associate. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the error until I had returned home.
When I came back today to address the issue and presented proof of purchase, the associate refused to exchange or assist with the matter—even though we come in regularly and clearly explained the situation.
I’m hoping this can be resolved fairly. I’d appreciate if someone could take a closer look and help make it right.

The girl with black hair in the morning who is unhappy with her job had the nerve to tell me not to slam down my drinks on the counter because I’m mad when I had no idea what she was talking about. Highly recommend firing her. Look down on these reviews. Multiple people mention the rude lady and it is 100% the same girl. She has black hair, worked morning 2/12 at 9:30am. She could also afford to lay off the hot dogs

I did not appreciate the young lady, the clerk addressing me as if I had an attitude when I corrected her on her error. I came in with an open bottle of water that she attempted to charge me. No apologies just told me I had an attitude. Ridiculous and the hot buns were hard. She was offensive. The young man, talk gentleman had great customer service and was personable.

Staff has always been on point, especially early evening manager.. Goes out of her way to let me know all the newest sales since in i there so much, and probably to much, lol!! But really good people and prob the best skuroees in town, REALLY REALLY!

There is no law in Nevada that states you have to be a certain age to purchase a lighter. No matter if you agree with it or not! I am clearly not a 3 yr old! And no I don't think you should sell a lighter to a 3 yr old even tho it isn't against the law if you did! But to have this attitude every single time I come in and need one...and it's only this 1 certain rude employee! A lady that many have complained about. It is ridiculous and is clearly doing it because she is a.......But when it comes to gambling!!... No ID required! Help me to understand thit B.S. Train your employees to understand the law and not assume. Not to tell me it's against the law because she doesn't know them! It's not a big deal if I am being carded for something that requires it. But petty and ridiculous and I can keep going but I'll stop.

Please help me to understand why I get carded to buy a lighter when there is no law in Nevada stating a person has to be a specific age to purchase one? Bug when I go inside to gamble....that's not a issue! Don't get carded for that! Oh no! But a lighter! Come on now. It's just annoying and unnecessary.
