On the evening of July 6th, I went to this store and told the front desk that I wanted to buy a lighter. They said it was against the law, but in fact, in Nevada, it's not mandatory to show an ID to purchase a lighter. When I informed them of this, two of the front desk staff, along with several customers, ridiculed me. Eventually, a few of them burst into laughter. I have no idea why this store would hire such ill-mannered people. You could have just told me it was against the store's policy or that they didn't sell them, but I don't understand why they had to humiliate me in such an embarrassing way. I didn't do anything wrong. I merely informed them that Nevada law doesn't require an ID to buy a lighter. After they mocked me, they told me they refused to sell me the item, and I left. I went to another gas station, and the front desk there also told me I had to show an ID. When I asked why, he explained it was the store's policy. I showed my ID and was able to purchase the lighter. The only difference was that he didn't mock me and gave me a detailed explanation.

I put $100 bill in a slot machine and cashed out the lady gave me all $20's so I put some in the machine and kept some in my pocket when I got ready to leave I bought a couple drinks and went to pay with one of the $20's well it happened to be ripped in half and taped back together now they did a shift change about 10 mins after I started playing so it was a different lady working now and they wouldn't accept my $20 bill so I had to fish another one out of my pocket and use that it's like come on it came out of your machine why can't it go back in

The employee with blonde hair that’s working at this hour did a fantastic job helping people in line. It was very busy. She did everything help the customer with checking out for filling up gas, checking out regular items and Uber eats order. She jumped from one task to another one very quickly and overall very quick service even tho the line was long. This place is lucky to have her as an employee , does a wonderful job. Also she has very bright attitude and super friendly! Hope every customer gets to be helped by her because she makes you feel like you’re appreciated !

I went no to buy a couple taquitos and a hot dog for my dogs. Hot dogs were not ready, so I bought 2 steak taquitos, and a taco. All ended up being very hard. My 1st bite into one of them broke my tooth!!! I did not eat the others.
I called the location and left a voicemail.
Someone needs to contact me!!

I go to this store all the time, I always try to be polite and most staff are great. I don’t know if I accidentally offended this worker but he seems to be in a bad mood every time my wife or I go in. I went in about 9:10 on the 20th and I was not running late until I had to stand there for what felt like 10 minutes as he pulled on receipts or something without any explanation. I had to just leave because I was now running late and couldn’t even get what I wanted. I’ll just go across the street next time.

I was stopping here to get my Monsters on the way to work, but lately the staff has been extremely slow to ring people up. The staff is also extremely unprofessional. They will have three people behind the counter just talking and listening to music. They will only have one person checking people out and the rest just stand around talking. I have been there several times when there are lines and the staff does nothing to alleviate the wait for the customers. Get rid of the loud, trashy staff that just want to listen to loud music and talk and get some professional staff that are doing their jobs! Won't be back to this location. Deuces!

Visited Aug 9, 2023 at about 330pm.All I can say is ADAM ADAM ADAM!!!! 7-11's BEST employee ever! Worked the register, answered questions while refilling the nacho cheese! All with such politeness and exceptional customer service. Come on! This guy deserves recognition from 7-11!!His coworker didn't talk, was standing there when we all said the cheese was out and kept his back to us. Boo!!!I'm waiting and would like a response please. Thank you!
