I just want to start by saying that this location is in a rough area, yes lots of homeless outside and they don’t get easy customers, I stop by very often here as is very convenient for me when I’m on my way to work… I feel the need to recognize OLGA.. their job is not easy and they always facing difficult customers, however, Olga is always very attentive and any time I come she knows me, always says hi and have ready what she already knows I am going to buy, she’s cleaning and doing a lot of her duties, I really appreciate her knowing how difficult customer she gets in her daily shift.

What a dump. Homeless guy urinating on the side of the bldg as I went in for a cup of coffee. The pregnant lady behind the counter took her time on her phone to help. Bad location

So I go into this location every day sometimes 5 or 6 times , This guy Rosie Rob gives a HARD TIME EVERY TIME I GOIN STORE HE ONLY DOES THAT WHEN THE MANGER ISNT THERE ANYHOW I PLAYED THE SLOT BUFFALO, so I’ve e always been told if I play I get a drink freer he tried making me pay for the water not soda WATER!!!! I don’t care for his abuse if he isn’t reprimand I will have to contact legal , I’m not the only customer that he harasses! I don’t appreciate it at all Eastern and Reno I’m so upset I’m always kind to each one of your staff but he isn’t kind to consumers at all, the lady that was in front of me he did the same to her!!!!!
