I hope every employee there loses their job and the whole business got shut down. I literally got harassed in the bathroom and locked inside of the store because I went into the bathroom with my kid.Screaming two people weren’t allowed in the bathroom . I can’t believe I got locked in and the cops called on me for using the restroom.

My husband and I visit this location regularly. My husband is Latino and used his passport while purchasing a beer, the cashier Joe made a rude comment under his breath about him using a passport under his breath either not realizing I speak English perfectly or thinking I didn't hear him. Go ahead have your personal beliefs but keep your comments to yourself especially when you choose to work in customer service and the general public. It's sad to see this kind of attitude when all the other staff members at this location are always so kind.

I will never stop at this location again. The gas app didn't work, nor did the tap to pay. I do not like using my card at outdoor pumps, so I ended up going inside. This turned into a 15 minute stop. I let the heavy set lady who was working know this and she was laughing about the whole thing and couldn't be bothered. If I weren't on empty, I would have gone somewhere else. This location is quite sketchy and there were some interesting characters loitering around.

The man behind the counter is bragging about assaulting a homeless man for stealing a banana. He seems to think that he could put his hands on people assault is a worse crime than stealing a banana. We need to do better people there are people starring all over the world and we are not even caring about any of them of the homeless are mentally ill if someone steals a banana what does that tell you that man is cold hearted? POS!!

When did it become mandatory to show ID for a lighter? No intention of purchasing tobacco or alcohol products. I Can't find any reference to federal or state laws restricting the sale of a lighter. Maybe should retrain cashiers.

Morning and night crew are fine but something needs to be done with the swing shift especially cashier name is Richard who is sarcastic and ignorant and arrogant towards certain customers and myself too. I am a regular customer who comes in the 2 to 3 times a day buying cigarettes, snacks and alcohol as well. Most of the cashiers know me including the manager Shana who is a great manager. But something needs to be done about Mr.Richard or else you will be losing my business for good and will start going to Mobil or chevron.

Omg this man was absolutely amazing and thoughtful lol very personable!! Awesome customer service. This man gave me napkins with my pack of doughnuts fast food places don’t always do that!!!! Thank you lbsvs common sense. He was so sweet and patient with me.

711 is okay it's usually in and out. Usually a lot of rough characters at 7:11 after watch your back... And it can be a bit overpriced make sure you get the app so you do get some deals occasionally
