I was standing 2nd in line one time, looking around the aisle next to me. When it was my turn, he walks around the counter and stands next to me and looks around the aisle I was next to. As if he was looking for empty spots. Then looks at me and goes back around. I had two items in hand and put one to the side because I decide not to buy it. I put down the one item I'm buying and he immediately goes, where are the Skittles you had?! And I point to it on the side and he just proceeds with checking out the one thing I'm buying and doesn't say another word. Not even a bye when I was leaving. That was a messed up situation. He was blatantly trying so hard to catch me stealing something. With no shame. This white dude was on the older side and this happened at 4am. I did have pleasant visits plenty of other times. The ladies working at the time were nice and even included me in their conversation while I was checking out. They made me feel welcome. I wish I could remember their names. Especially the dude who made me feel uncomfortable

I have been going to 7-11 for 5 1/2 yrs now on Tropicana and jones so I was very shocked when I went to buy cigarettes and Bryan a worker said I couldn’t then pulled me to the side to say “u came in a few days ago and didn’t say hi “”if you’re going to do that then don’t” is what he said to me I felt so disrespected how dare u say I can’t get cigs because I didn’t say hi your not my man nor my family I think something needs to be done it’s not just this instant where there’s been problems with Bryan just felt this was concerning and very rude

this has been my local store for 2 yrs and i absolutely love Brian i don’t to much care for the day shift unless maggy was there Brian is so nice very caring everytime i come in the store he’s working on something he keeps the store clean .

This is my local store I go to every day, sometimes 2 or 3 Tomas a day and I have to say it has gone downhill real bad. Watch the workers as they make the pizza. Last Thursday at 3:25pm I was there to get my dad his pizza, the guy tossed it on the counter and sat there talking with his co-worker who was physically sitting on her butt. I have a half a smoke while watching them just chat away.I asked him if he can start the pizza and he did, without wearing gloves. So I went in and watched has he put the box on a filthy counter and he put gloves on this time, only to touch the filthy door stopper and attempt to touch my food. I asked him to change his gloves.I talked to the manager outside on I believe Saturday and told her about her staff, but then I go in to get my smokes and a soda for my wife this morning at 10:23am. Another staff who was talking about plague or something pulling a pizze out and cutting it with no gloves.I advise the community to watch the staff and he'll, take pics and videos of the staff and their inability to EARN their paychecks. I will be monitoring for the next few days and if no changes I'm reporting this franchise to corporate.

That was disgusting. I'm an ex-smoker and yet I could barely breathe because the non-toothed employees were letting people smoke inside (and probably joining in the fun).

Dont buy gift cards here; they scammed me out of 500$ on a gift card i purchased and told my bank the transaction was legitimate, when i talked to them in person to refund me they said they could not. If the store is reading this know that I will be sueing the store and personally suing the head manager guy that I spoke with, if you like to not he sued I highly suggest replying to this review asap

I called to ask, and was told the Cash price for gas is the same whether paying cash or with a card, and Unleaded costs $4.09/gallon today (6/20/23).

Update 5/26/23 @11:40am...They strike again. Gave this place over a month break because of their inability to match the prices they have advertised within their own stores. Bought 2 C4 energy drinks that were advertised at 2 for $5. When I get to the register, they don't ring up this way even with my rewards entered. I explain to the cashier (young skinny African American male) that the listed on the shelf says otherwise, his retort, "You still want them?"... I honestly can't stand bilusinesses that don't honor their pricing. Goodbye... I won't be trying here again... ever.Original review:I am here 3-5x per week getting things for my workouts and/or work. Today (4/12/23), I pull up at 12noon and I see a sign on the window advertising 3 for $6.50 Monster energy drinks. I walk up with my cans in hand and the cashier tells me my total. It was WAY higher than expected. This young man tells me that the price is probably only with the Rewards program, so I log on to my rewards account. He then said that it didn't change. He told me if I wanted the drinks that the price on the screen is what I had to pay. I told him to forget it, and I asked why are they are being advertised for one price and they won't honor it? His response was... "It's a new promotion, it takes a while for them to be loaded in the system." Not acceptable!There are plenty of 7-11s and I will be choosing another location from now on.

Pretty sure drug dealing and crack smoking is illegal. Wasn't very pleasant to come in after midnight shift and see the person running the store hitting a crack pipe behind the building as I pulled in. Also watched him hand someone a plastic bag of something. I will not be returning to this location and I've informed metro of the activity going on at this location. Richard was his name. Older guy with glasses. Bragged about being a "functioning" addict. Classy.
