This place used to be a vibe, but lately the people working here in the mornings are extremely rude. Most of the time, they just stand around and talk about the guests. Their customer service is beyond rude, but today was the worst experience yet.
When I went to check out, there were two Latina ladies at the register. The supervisor told me I would have to wait for the other one who was in the bathroom. It took her about 5 minutes to use the bathroom, and during that time, I was just standing there awkwardly with the supervisor who didn’t know how to use the register, staring at me.
When the lady finally came out of the bathroom, she came over to ring me up. I told her how this place has gone downhill and how I now hate this location. Her response was, "Well, then don’t come back." That’s extremely rude for someone who has been coming here for years every day to buy energy drinks and water. I think the owners should know how their employees are running their business. I came today at 9:10 am.

Allan is so cool. He always let's me buy beer, a tall boy, and I can walk out with no bag. I thought they can get a fine if they let people buy beer and not put it in a bag. Plus I like the N.W.A rap music they put on uncensored lol. This 711 feels like we're in the ghetto. I love it!

I bought a drink and some snacks and I wanted to heat my food in the microwave and the cashier didn't let me use the microwave, she said this excuse: because then I would contaminate the microwave with viruses.

I used to like this spot, but it has really gone downhill. More of a disaster now. On numerous occasions they will advertise deals (buy 2 for $XX, buy two, get one, etc..), then you go to the register and it is not honored and charge full price. Complete bait & switch. I keep giving them another chance, and keep getting burned. I've had enough, good thing there's other options across the street.

Was just in. Old guy sitting at the table inside made some noise like clearing his throat. Walked around and came to the front line. Looked right at him and he did it again, so it was no accident. If he's the owner, and i look like a thief, I'm not that thief. If he's just a customer, he shouldn't be bothering other customers. Guess I'm just going to have to start going to Speedee Mart.

This location sold me an open beverage and would not exchange it or refund my money. The worker was rude and highly disrespectful. I will not spend another cent and this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would I can here and got gas I gave them a $100 bill for gas I only put $20 in they gave me back change and I went to Walmart to buy a few things the machine would not take my money one of the 20s was fake!! So I went back and they told me that since I left the store they don’t know what to do about that I should have checked in the store how is it the customers job to check the money that is the cashiers job to check money they are receiving they said they had to call the manager took my number down and said they would follow up I never heard anything back!! Like who is going to come in with a fake 20 walk in and tell you it’s fake if I was not telling the truth and to top it off that was my last money until next pay day so I was robbed at this store and I am so upset about this

First time in my life I've been racist profiled in a store and made so obvious. This old man is watching me and following me behind the counter, this is sad customer service I would have appreciated if he would came from behind the counter and greeted me. Then when I decided to spend my money the guy was rude. Being a business owner in this community as well it was sad to see. You need real professional in there not family or friends. SMFH

Sheri is an employee that works for 7 eleven Silverado ranch and Bermuda store she is the worst person that 7/11 could of hired she has been so rude to myself on over 3 occasions all have been on late night visits so if you need anything late please don't ever go to the Silverado ranch and Bermuda 7/11 location because sheri is going to be there to give you the worst service you can ever endure period!!!
