I encountered two of the rudest unprofessional cashiers on 10/20/25 on the day shift around 1:30. Whoever their manager is needs to hire better people or teach them to become better people. Just nasty attitudes. Do better!!!

I ordered a pizza, 5 wings, 16 boneless chicken nuggets, and a banana through the 7/11 app. When I got there the 2 guys working today didn't close the containers on the chicken wings so when I grabbed the container all my wings dumped out on the countertop. Both workers didn't even look at me or say anything when I told them that they didn't close the container all the way. One guy just gave me another container and didn't say a damn word. After I got in my car I opened the boneless chicken to eat some and they only gave me 8 pieces instead of 16 that I ordered. These two employees have no idea about customer service and how to take a couple seconds to close a plastic container.

Today I walked into this location with 2 rolls off nickels with exactly $2 in each. I asked the cashier if I'm able to give him these in exchange for four dollar bills to catch the bus. The cashier responded I can't take those because I'm not sure if there is exactly the right amount of money in the rolls. I wouldn't scam anyone it's not the man GOD made me created me to be. I bought a Starbucks coffee to get Cashback to catch my bus. I will never return back to this location ever in life. Your cashier's need to be properly trained to present better customer service.
