I was just in there at 2:30 in the morning to go get a coconut water on Thursday May 15th 2025 and I left my electric scooter outside because the African-American cashier wouldn't let me keep it in when I come out there's a gentleman riding off on my scooter when I left the stuff they play it off like oh it's okay he'll be back it's when I asked him if they knew them they said that they didn't know him but that was his car in front of the establishment so I proceeded to call the authorities the cashier overhears me giving the description of the vehicle and the situation to the authorities and somehow manages to contact the gentleman on the phone and says that he's on his way back when I asked earlier they said that they didn't know each other when I asked him to provide me with the number of the kid who stole my scooter he laughed about it and refused only then with the police did he return it because they were going to impound the vehicle and the cashier and let's call him his associate with who stole my scooter proceed to sit in front laugh the gentleman was drinking on the job and making fun of the fact of what was done to meI'm not the only person who sees that the staff here likes to rob people and I need to speak with corporate because I demand something be done in the situation otherwise it's just going to keep happening again

This is a terrible store the owner, manager, and supervisor are thieves they steal from the employees and do not pay the new employees when they work . Hired my husband at one wage then stole is timecard and paid him for 12 hours training when he worked 20 . Manager closed is register and then said you was short $80 after one day of training by himself .They are some lyers,and slave workers.

My husband came in to get snacks and drinks. He had expensive bikes with him and inquired if he could bring them in so they would not get stolen, since there was already a bicycle inside the store. The owner of the bike threatened my husband and his friend, paying patrons, with his bike lock. The cashier with the dark hair, working 11/25/23 at 7:31pm kicked the paying patrons out and brought the intoxicated instigator into the store. It seems they knew each other quite well. This was very poorly handled by the staff. The staff never should have allowed a paying patron to be threatened and allow a drug addict to remain at the establishment. This is dangerous for the public and bad for business. I’ll be notifying the corporate office of the disturbing events which took place and we will not be returning to our local corner 7-11 again.

Not answering the phone when the ladies that work there just stand around all day is CRAZY! Just lazy and being paid to do nothing. Start answering your phones!!!!

I have been trying to call this store for two days in a row due to it being far away from my house. I live on the Southside and had to stop by there while I was working. I've made a payment of $303.99 through pay near me on 6/28/2023, today is July,9,2023 and my payment have not gone through. I have contacted my bank and they have no proof of the confirmation that was provided to me on the receipt In The system. I am still trying to get ahold of management and no one had picked up the phone since yesterday. Is there another phone number I can reach this location?
