This place is ghetto. Every time I walk past this location, there’s nothing but thugs and thuggettes. Most of the store employees are not much different from their customers. The employees either stand around talking to other employees while not attending to customers; or will go outside to hang out with some customers from the neighborhood.If this was not in my neighborhood, I would never frequent this location again. Please 7-11, I understand this location is in an undesirable area, but can we at least do a bit better?

I’ve been a regular customer at the 7-11 store in Paradise since I moved to this area a few months ago. The service I’ve received has been a mix of both commendable and disappointing experiences.There’s a particular staff member, a short young or older lady, who is exceptional at her job. She is very good at training and tries to guide other staff members in a respectful manner. Her efforts to maintain a high standard of service are noteworthy.However, it’s disheartening to see that her advice often goes unheeded. This lack of cooperation among the staff members can lead to a decline in the quality of service, which is not desirable.Additionally, I had an unpleasant encounter with a new staff member who works the morning shift. I believe that every staff member plays a crucial role in shaping the customer’s experience and it’s important for everyone to uphold the store’s service standards.I hope this feedback will be taken into account and necessary steps will be taken to improve the overall customer service experience at this 7-11 store. I want to know what are the two hard workers I know why of these things is John, and ever the name of the lady that works with him during wonderful people respectful watches the store, make sure nobody steals and treat customers with the most respect that they can, even though they have a bad day, I think you should check all your new employers I’m sorry employees and let them know that when they get advice from these two people they know what they’re talking about and it’s not out of rudeness but it’s out of learning and teaching though. Thank you.

The 7-Eleven store is located at 3716 Paradise Road, close to East Sahara Avenue, Las Vegas, and next to Walgreens and the Stratosphere nearby. Nothing special to say as I only spent a minimal amount of time.Bought water and bananas, maybe even bread. It was pretty affordable. The location is at a walkable distance from the Walgreens store, besides the Sahara Avenue Monorail Station.

Don't even try to get gas here unless the lot is empty and no traffic! Getting in and out of here was bad enough, but then a whole set of pumps were out. This is the second time I've been here (filling up rental car) on the way to airport and it's just awful and so dirty. Convenient and cheap gas was the draw, but I'll try someplace else next time.

Well 7 eleven needs some ethics training . I went in last night before I left to come home. store was fairly busy so while trying to grab a soda I heard arguing thought nothing of it until I went to get in line and seen and older lady yelling and cussing an employee out while said employees just walked away then while asking the employees where something was the older lady started try and have a physical altercation with the same employee that’s when security escorted her out (older lady) all your employees said was get out of my face as I was the older lady came back in the store and walked pasted me stop said something to another customer which I was right you could smell the alcohol and see how intoxicated she really was she was once again walked out . What I heard as I waited for my Uber shocked me the intoxicated older ladyl is an employee of the same store. Before I left Las Vegas I made it a point to see how the red hair girl was doing she said she was fine but still pretty upset I offered my husband business card if she need a lawyer she said thanks but no thanks I also ask for the store number as Well Which she couldn’t give me so I come here to let the owner n store manager know they need to get a handle on some of their staff

The gentleman was inattentive, absent-minded, and rude when I asked questions, I thought he was talking to his co-worker since he wasn't even looking at me. He also asked me to tap my card on the card reader again after he forgot to scan the crisps. I'll need to double-check that I haven't been double charged, which would technically be theft.Moreover, the buffalo chicken tasted really sour. At first, I thought it was just too much vinegar in the buffalo sauce, but I think it's actually gone off since the sourness is more yoghurt-like. I had to throw most of it away unless I wanted severe food poisoning.The tea dispenser was not smooth, sounded almost like it had a diarrhoea, which makes me question the machine cleaning/maintenance.7-11/the authorities really need to look into the health and safety of this place.

The employees are fun and nice and cool and helpful and funny and smiling and friendly and chill and working at the appropriate times and making it work and checking people out and ringing up products and counting change and hanging out and making pizza ? they truly make it in house. And by house I mean the 7-11 store. They must've bought some oven. See you there!!!

Only does money orders in the morning and they don’t accept Marlboro rewards or do cash app transfers even though on both sites it says this 7-11 does.
