Another location with bad workers - management and corporate needs to do better

One of the worst 711 experiences that I have had. I was walking up to the store when I saw a 711 worker outside discussing something with an employee of the place next door. When I was close enough she said it's closed right now, it'll be a few. I mean, I get it, some people need a break but, it should be a little more about the customer right? It was unprofessional the way she represented the store by just having us wait while you are having inappropriate conversations with inappropriate language until you were finally ready to let us in. I just wanted to use the ATM, which of course was broken. It was a frustrating waste of time. Store was small. I will not bother coming here again for anything.

I was there a few days ago, the staff was helpful and the store was clean and well organized and stocked despite being as busy as it was. They had a citrus berry mountain dew slushie that was the best thing ever, and I've yet to find it at any other 7-Eleven in the area. If someone could take a picture or tell me the name of it that would be awesome lol.

I don’t understand how the older white lady that’s a cashier at this location still has employment. She cursed out a guest over asking about fill up’s. He asked about it before walking over to the drinks to see the sign posted. But why curse out a guest for asking. It’s clear that most of their employees are former and current drug addicts. She was dirty, hair not combed, no teeth; and you can only tell she works there by her oversized work shirt. Maybe she’s related to the owner because she screamed “there not going to do anything” after being asked for managements name and number. On the Las Vegas strip that is what you have representing Vegas. The issue took place 6/27 around 9am. I would say her name but no badge and coworker claims to not know the name of the person she’s working with.

Just don't go. Prices here are just crazy. Use the Walgreens that is right next to it at the corner instead.
For the exact same bread, Walgreens sells it for $2.79, this place sells it for $6.99.

The lady there at your store last night was very informative. She helped us tremendously with our questions and had great customer service.
However it does say online you can load prepaid cards like Cash app at this store but you cannot. It doesn't say it on any 7 eleven site it's just when you search online it states it but there is a Walgreens entrance about 200ft away that works just fine for preloading cards.

It says you can pay for your pay now things online here I get here to buy the item and I'm told they don't sell pay now they never have I say that's odd they do it all over the country. So I'm asking you take down the false advertisement that your displaying

The overall store is great. It’s the female manager or whoever she is that has an extremely bad attitude. Why work there if you’re always angry. Stopped by yesterday 3.23.24 to get a pack of cigarettes for a friend I had a coupon for $1 off the store address popped up I selected it for the cashier to scan the barcode an all of sudden she storms from out of nowhere saying we don’t take them. I’m like your address popped up for a store near me that accepts coupons. I mean the lady went crazy which literally upset me. I said well you should update your coupon policy so future costumers don’t have to endure the same rudeness I did. Nevertheless, I love 7-11 but that particular lady will run off great customers. I’ll never set foot in there again!

Says 24hours no sign on the door but the door is locked employees just ignore you it's 8:30pm why would they be closed not a shift change terrible ? this store needs better employees

Dudes irate (Allen, gray hair, in his 60's.) needs to learn customer service skills, got angry over a 7-Eleven reward and started cussing me out when he didn't know how to use the POS saying they didn't accept coupons. Then acted like he wanted to fight me after his coworker got it to work/showed him how to make it work, followed me out of the store then backed down and went back in.
