Went in to do a transaction for 10 cash back, then a second transaction for 5 but only received 5 from Raven thinking I won't notice her trying to pocket my previous cashback for 10.
I hope your management catches you because thats gonna end up being someone's last dollar.

Soda machine was broken or out of product. No cherry coke and no regular coke. Told the African American employee at the counter and he didn't reply.

This place needs new management or a new hiring manager. The bfa that was helping me had me wait in line because she was having a conversation and when I look up she is just staring at me. She didn’t even announce that she was ready to help. This is frustrating because it’s a waste of her time and mine. Just unprofessional and weird.

This isn't about buying wings or ordering a pizza. This is about the character of people this location seems to have. Being Las Vegas if you put something down and don't come back in 5 minutes it will be gone. Even the most ridiculous things. Even Driver's Licenses. I was in this location on Jan 17th to make a purchase requiring ID. The cashier was pleasant and smiling (you can tell even thru the covid mask) so her and I were chatting and making small talk about something (I can't remember what) and I paid by credit card and left.
Now I work from home. And most if not all my shopping is online so I don't grab my wallet unless I am leaving the house to go somewhere where I may need it. So Jan 19th I was going to go to the strip and watch a game in a sportsbook and when I was to make a purchase that required ID I realized I did not have it. First came panic, as that is like the most important thing in my wallet. Especially in this city. Then I realized the last place I used it was that 7/Eleven 2 days prior.
Well, I was completely on the opposite side of town and decided to go home which was closer and when I got home to confirm it wasn't laying around anywhere, I called that store. Though my gut was telling me someone snatched it or that it was tossed in the trash. The lady that answered informed me that yes in fact they did have it, and I could pick it up anytime. I did that on Jan 21st only to see the same cashier. She recognized me immediately and jokingly scolded me for forgetting it.
So here is my compliment. Having honest staff that are also friendly and conscientious enough to not throw it away. Instead to store it is EXACTLY the type of customer service I expect. Sadly, I don't find staff like that in convenience stores, but in this location apparently their standards are set high. The example of that standard is having someone like Jessica. All convenience store staff should be as honest and considerate of their customers as she is. I will shop at this location more now (even though there is another literally across the street) because she saved me a mountain of a headache just by being her. If the manager of this location reads this my advice is do not let her go. 5 STARS for the staff and 6 for her.

Best place in Vegas to listen to Italian Opera!The owners must be huge fans, they share their love for opera by blasting it from their outdoor speakers 24/7. Great neighbors!I definitely recommend hanging out in front of here enjoying the music, they really seem passionate about sharing their music with the world!

I would appreciate being able to get rewards for my purchase... I'm more than sure that the employees are pocketing the monies that are collected from the purchase of ice, it not added to daily sales.

The staff is very disrespectful. Three employees hoovering behind the register when only one register is open on their phones, and they use disrespectful language. Rude to customers, especially women. They should be removed asap.

I ordered 25 wings and a meat pizza. I received 5 wings and a pepperoni pizza. Definitely not shopping here again on Uber Eats.
